About My Expense
My Expense application used to manage your expenses or incomes. Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, Between dates, By Item reports in the form of bar chart/pie chart PDF/XLS/CSV formats. For more details please go through below features.
1. Easy To Use and User Flexibility:
Three way user inputs for adding EXPENSE and INCOME records. Automatic suggestion box or Hints, Drop down box, Simple Text. User are free to make any records as INCOME or EXPENSE vice-versa.
2. Add Automated/Manual SMS Records:
SMS records automatically added in your database. User can add individual SMS records of interest by clicking on SMS dashboard list. There are 4 types of SMS reports available- by group, by month, by Day, by Items. SMS reports groups in Bank transactions, Credit Cards, Shopping, ATM Cash withdrawal, Payment etc.
3. Get Calendar Reminders:
Get reminders for upcoming Travel, holiday schedules.
4. Generate Reports and Graphs :
Generate 7 types of reports in PDF, XLS, CSV ,Bar chart, Pie chart format: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, Between dates, By Item.
5. Upload and Download Database/Reports:
Upload and download reports/database file to and from Google drive, Dropbox, Email, Phone.
6. Manual and Automatic Records Backup:
Provide records backup on Phone as well as on your Email, Google drive, Dropbox.
7. Lost Records Recovery:
Recover your lost or deleted records using database/XLS/CSV records and download from Google drive, Dropbox, Email.
8. Manage Records and Icons:
Manage records, Add and manage live icons using your phone camera and support crop image feature.
9. Manage Existing and Unknown SMS Icons:
Add new sms icons using Camera/Gallery or Edit/delete existing sms icons. Manage Unknown New SMS icon.
10. Hidden Note and Category:
Add category and short note for each records by clicking on current and old dashboard list.
11. User Rough Lists:
Supports rough list for currently added records and list for old 20 records with manage capabilities.
12. Delete and Clean Database:
Delete all records, clean My Expense folders.
13. Notepad:
Notepad to store your daily action items.
14. View and Print documents:
View report documents(PDF, XLS, CSV, Images) and print using Google cloud printer setup.
15. Security:
Enable/Disable security or Login.
16. Print/Share/Generate PDF and Screen Orientation:
Print/Share/Export/Generate PDF and supports horizontal/Vertical screens.
17. Get Your Reports :
Screen shot, PDF, XLS, CSV report, database, Camera, Gallery images from phone My Expense folder.
18. Change Modes:
Support Silent mode and Loud mode.
19. Voice Search:
User can give voice commands to add records/view reports etc. Option to Enable/Disable voice features and support voice command help
20. Help and Change Language:
Text/Video Help and currently English, Hindi languages supports are available.
21. Feedback and Suggestions:
Share My Expense application with your friends and family.Rate on play store or Send feedback, suggestions to developer.

- SMS: Read your only transaction message to generate SMS reports.
-Camera: Capture pictures to make live records icons.
-Microphone: To support voice commands.
-Reading and writing the calendar: Get travel schedule and upcoming holidays.
-Writing USB storage: Storage of PDF, XLS, CSV, PNG, DB and backup files.
-Contacts: Send database backup to your mail account, Google drive and Dropbox.
