Wasted time to download app. I thought I could use this app the way I use the site. But this seems very very limited, it only provides package.

Not able to make payment. Payment page never shows up. No use of this if not able to make payment.

This is the worst app I've ever used ... it took me whole day to book ticket of Dakshin Bharat Yarra tour package and still it could not be booked after trying 100 times ... all it could result while making payment that we are unable to process the request please try after sometime... I would suggest that do not waste your time in installing this app and f**k your time

The app should identify the location of the person searching and must show the tours starting from his nearby location. I'm in Chennai and it shows all the tours starting from nasik, delhi ... Which are no way connected to me

It is third class app expected of a third class railway which makes lots of noise about passenger service and achieves nothing .

Waste app to download load .. can't book retairing room

It keeps on loading and shows "Not get address" and the user comments tell that no option for retiring room is available. Useless app.

The app doesn't work. I tried logging in with my irctc account and it doesn't work. I then tried to book a package as a guest and the credit card part doesn't work. The website doesn't work either.

Train running status showing not correct ... Please upgrade your system

Retiring room booking option not given....just making app should not be the motive.. Make it reliable, convenient and faster.

It works only when you don't want it or need it and most of the time it will not work properly
