IRCTC Catering - Food on Track

Couple of days ago I ordered some food for lunch(jain thali) and I got a confirmation text from the vendor that they will deliver the requested item it time . But no item was delivered at the given station. And I have called to the help line number and they replied me that they will resolve this issue within 10 to 15 working day. Don't you thing it's take very long to resolve. And from my past experience with IRCTC catering the food cost much higher as compare to the quality .

Two pieces of bread were provided to me for rs170... after a month long pursual of issue escalation they finally refunded the amount. so Careful everyone please order at your own risk. And in case you do not get value for money please provide Honest feedback and pursue them on email.. I may have been unlucky falling prey to a wrong vendor...

Worst app ever. You cannot cancel ur order. They will book ur order without any otp but while cancelling they ask for otp provided at thw time of booking.

How could we trust this food what they was delivered is measures as they said in the menu.it's not even satisfies my kids hunger.. Cheaters...

App is ok but catering services are so poor even they didnt deserve 1 star not any plateform for complain hungry people are waiting for food and thay didnt deliver even after getting money is there any humenty is left or only one thing u Ppl know business n profit

I want to give zero star for this app.these people have no humanity at all I have placed the order N even I got the order confirmation but when I arrived at the station they have said order is cancelled.they have cancelled the order without prior information or message.very worst app and worst vendor at Salem junction

I have booked 2 packets of food on 19 th oct. But i received ons n i hv not rcved any communication for refund. Calling on toll free no but that is wrong no.the packet i received was evn not peoper boiled rice in biryani.

Really convenient when you get your food right on your seat where the train halt is hardly 5 minutes and you don't want to rush here and there to find some unhygienic Samosas on some unknown station.

Worst app... I have booked food in bengaluru city in train no 11013 on 21 Oct 2017 with order no 1272131.. They didn't deliver food.. I slept on that night hungry..

The worst food ordering app... Food was not delivered...i had to sleep hungry... railway kabhi nai sudhrega...koi kaam nai krne wala

Worst experience ever.i have orderd 4 the first time n got confrmation msg as well.but no delivery neither any calls.if u can't provide food then stop making us fool.

It is only show off thay food gets deliver to your birth. I booked 2 times & I didn't get delivery for both. Just horrible experience!!!

I have booked meal on 22-10-17. But I don't receive any food and money also not refunded till now. I slept that full night with hungry

The breakfast provided by Vaishnovi Restaurant Hyderabad was very good and we enjoyed a lot. Services from the provider was very prompt and nice serving parcel

I booked the meal for delivery at Varanasi jn. in train no. 15232 through the vendor goel & goel. But food was not servers in train. Cheating and mischievous vendor in IRCTC.

There is no guarantee of getting the orderd food. Worst provider as same as the caterers on board
