تاسست شركة سوين للخدمات العامة والتسويق بداية عام 2016 من قبل مجموعة من الشباب حيث بدأت الشركة بأول مشروع لها في العراق وهي بطاقات التخفيضات في الاماكن التجارية.
وبعد النجاح الباهر الذي حققناه بمشروعنا الاول خلال الاشهر الستة الاولى من بداية المشروع .
تمت المباشرة بمشروعنا الثاني وهو مشروع يقوم على اساس مواكبة العراق للدول المتقدمة في مجال التعامل المالي الالكتروني وتحويل التعامل في العراق من نقدي الى الكتروني وهذا المشروع تم بالتعاون والشراكة مع مصرف التنمية الدولي باعتباره من البنوك الاولى في العراق في مجال التعاملات المالية الالكترونية .
بطاقات سوين الالكترونية وبنوعيها الـ Local و master Card تتيح لحاملها عدة مميزات منها الحصول على تخفيضات كبيرة لمئات الاماكن التجارية والتي لها علاقة مباشرة بحياة الافراد اليومية وحاجاتهم .
كذلك بطاقات Master Card تتيح لحاملها بالاضافة الى التخفيضات التعامل المالي الدولي وكذلك السحب والايداع في العالم عن طريق اجهزة الـ ATM المتوفرة والتي تعمل بنظام Master Card. Swain for General Services and Marketing

Swain, both the electronic and the Local and master Card cards allow the holder to several advantages including access to substantial discounts to hundreds of business places which are directly related to the lives of individuals and daily needs.
As well as Master Card cards allow the bearer to discounts in addition to international financial transactions, as well as withdrawal and deposit in the world via the ATM devices available which work Master Card system.
