The app works in terms of being able to keep an eye on your balances and tranfer funds when needed, but certain features are not as they should be. My only complaint from a user that doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles from mobile banking is that I cannot access the user profile page from my phone as it just comes up blank. Id love to be to use fast balance without logging in, but it seems the app is not cooperating. Disappointed, but at the same time I expected as much.

This app is a sad comparison to my previous credit unions app. User name, password and two security questions are required for every sign in. Takes too long to load. Mobile deposit does not work and just displays a black screen. Overall design and layout of the app is lacking.

Decent app but had to look through reviews for a way to deposit my check. For Galaxy S8 Go to settings>Apps>App Manager>Scroll to iQ mobile>Permissions>Allow camera. Customer service/app support should definitely be responding to all of these Mobile deposit complaints! Also as another person said, the menu button wouldn't work after depositing a check.

The app is simple and does what I need it to do. Can't go wrong with that. Also I had an issue with mobile deposit. Called IQ Credit Union they told me how to fix it. (Droid phone) Go into your settings then you apps. Click IQ then permission. Click on camera and that should fix the issue.

I loved this app until recently. I tried to do a mobile deposit and the image will not sharpen itself, and it won't be accepted as a deposit because it's so blurry. I'm not sure what happened but please fix it!!! Motorola Droid

Your mobile deposit feature doesn't work on the Samsung S7. Just a black screen. Please fix

Needs A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT. Plus the credit union doesn't support android pay. I don't think the big boys that run the credit union care about making any improvements to the app or the branch it's self because nothing has changed.

We just switched credit unions for many reasons, mainly to have more mobile features available. Except they don't work. I only get a black screen trying to do a mobile deposit, the log in process is tedious, and I can't view details on any purchases whether payed or pending.

Logging out right when I try and view my checking or savings acct. Please fix

The deposit a check option has been broken for like 3 months. Come on.

Come on IQ, get with it!! App sucks compared to your other banking operations. I had to keep repeatedly signing in after every step trying to mobile deposit...am uninstalling as I don't need to take up space on my droid and the headache of trying to use such a poor app...

Put in an EXIT button. This app is nice but it needs a fix to get 5 stars.

Mobile deposit doesn't work

For months I haven't been able to deposit checks on the app.

Awful. Incredibly dated. Many features won't function at all.

Wouldn't let me log in...

I like having access to my account so easily on my phone. However, my app force closes several times during each use. It started doing this about 3-6 months ago after an app update.

Keeps crashing, deposit a check camera doesn't focus.

I'm sure the merger holds all kinds of benefits for members, but so far... It's horrible. My Lacamas app allowed me to deposit checks via mobile, this app does not. The app is actually quite lacking. I also have to sign in twice each time. It immediately tells me my session expired, so I log in yet again. Typically after two tries it stays logged in. Swell.

This app is very disappointing. The mobile check deposit NEVER WORKS! I have installed/uninstalled the app many times and customer service for this app has been absolutely no help. I can take a front and back image of a pristine, perfect check and the app will say the deposit cannot be made because of torn or folded edges/corners. I have tried different color surfaces, lighting scenarios, standing on my head, you name it, I have tried it. This app is more frustrating than helpful.

I am unable to deposit a check, have to sign in every time I deposit check and then refreshes all info. If I could give it any fewer stars I would. 0/10 Thinking of switching Banks.

They tried to get fancy, photo deposit...never works. Errors out every time used, half the time says I'm not me....hate it!

Honestly it's so poorly designed. I tried logging in and messed up once and then declines me from logging in. Then other times I've been able to log in after one mess up. Transactions are late, it bugs out, and I can't tell if I have the right amount of money. I have to actually call and see. Please fix it or just delete the app

Doesn't even tell you if your in the negative you look at your account and it tells you that you got 30 bucks left you think sweet I got money but when you click on your account you see your negative. Worst bank app I have had ever Columbia credit union did a better job then iq did very not happy uninstalling now and will never install ever again

I spend more time waiting for screens to load than actually conducting business on this worthless app. It is garbage.

Transactions show up late, they don't show some that are actually pending and it doesn't show those transactions in the "available balance " either so you have less money than says available. They show up days late out of nowhere.

I like using this app. Just one small thing that bugs me. Why can't we exit by pressing back button on our phones? We have to hit the menu button then exit. Every other app will close when hit back enough times.

I've installed and unistalled this app several times over the past few years, every time hoping all the bugs have been worked out only to find that... no. It's still a broken app that only works every once in a while to check your balance. Deposit a check? Yeah right. Take my advice. Save yourself the frustration of attempting it 15 times and just plan to drive to the bank like nornal

I login, then it makes me login again? This is really annoying, never happened to me on my ZTE zinger but this is a newer phone HTC desire

I logged in and answered 2 security questions, and my session timed out...30 seconds. Relogged in, 2 more questions, pic of check deposit, then timed out again...2 minutes. Uninstalled.

Except less convenient because it won't remember your password. I just sign in on my mobile browser and it's much faster with the same functionality.

It works okay. Kind of meh because it seems like it's basically the mobile site wrapped in an app. The reason I use it is because it lets be deposit checks whereas the mobile site won't.

I rarely get to use the app because it never wants to open. Its quicker for me to go to my browser and type everything in than click on the app.

Really am wondering if the merger was a positive move. Sure do miss Lacamas.

Great app, love the deposit feature.

After logging in I click deposit check and it sends me back to the login screen. Login again and now I see a message saying I'm trying to access a page I shouldn't be able to. Close and reopen app, login and this time it works. Deposit check with phone. Uninstall app. It works but it's a real hassle.
