Garbage. Got this as a gift. If you buy this device at ANY price, you just threw your money away. Seriously, save the trip to the store. Take your money walk to your trash can and throw your money in it and save your gas.

Limited features, not user friendly, app is mediocre and difficult to determine how to trace the device

Received tracker as a gift, downloaded app and it keeps closing down, cant even use it, is anyone working on fixing this issue?

This is a scam. The email never comes! Talk about throwing your money away!

Not bad of a product and is good for finding your keys or stuff and isn't a total piece of crap or a waste of money like most reviews on here say...

App is not user friendly, was testing the different settings and the app froze and I was unable to turn off beeping until I removed the battery. Taking it back to the store. Not worth the money or headach.

Received as a gift. Absolutely horrible. Does not even work.

The device doesn't work and the app is worse. Don't buy one of these, at least until they make a ton of improvements. If you can get the software to work then you might be able to find your lost dog with this device, as long as it isn't more than 15 feet away. Waste of money.

I received my iTrex as a gift, signed up right away and tested it out... I thought, "what a cool idea." Well, it's a good thing that it's the thought that counts because that's about the only positive here. It's a great idea... but, sadly, the device itself is pretty much worthless. Sometimes the unit starts beeping because it thinks it's out of range from my cell phone, when actually it just lost the bluetooth connection (even though it's sitting right next to my phone). Most of the time it would not work properly. A few times I got it to work, but it's so sporadic that this is NOT a reliable device that would help anyone. As for the app, the user interface is terrible; It's not well explained, clunky and ugly. I had to hunt on the website for explanation of the features and how to operate it. I like the idea, but execution of that idea is very poor. Honestly, while I'm thankful someone was thinking of me when they gave it to me (likely because they'd never tried using one before themselves)... after having given it a thorough test, I wouldn't give this as even a stocking stuffer toy. It just doesn't work reliably and is not user friendly. Save your money!

Bought out at Walgreens for about $9 liquidation, tested it, goes off by itself, even when near, software SUCKS, super buggy, returning! Don't buy it, it's cheap piece of crap!

It worked only for one day you do not find much help with the company costumer service.and no with the APP.DO NOT BUY IT WASTE OF TIME AND B MONEY.

I just bought the tag from Target, and I tried to create and account and it doesn't send me the confirmation email to use the app. Also without creating an account you can't use the app or the product. I am returning it tomorrow. Don't know if it works or not!

No documentation, no instructions. Finally got it to function, but quickly tired of music jingling from my phone every few minutes for no apparent reason. Glad this thing was in the $1.00 bin, but that should have been a clue. Also could hardly hear the tag beep.

The item is poorly made. Did not work as described.
