When I heard about this service from Cell C I was very excited, but the app has been a dissapointment and prevents me from even experiencing the service. It keeps freezing. When it does work for a very SHORT while you click to create a new account and it freezes or presents a blank page and never gives the ability to enter details for a new account. I have the same issue on two different devices. I really hope Cell C fixes the issues on the app. This could be a good service, but until the app works they are just frustrating potential customers.

Very very very very very very very awful, terrible, disgustingly poor. I can't even register, it freezes. Where you not supposed to test the app first? Delete your APP and start from scratch. Fire everyone who worked on it.

Don't waste your data by downloading this app!!. bought black data for R60 but when I try logging in it keeps saying "user doesn't exist".. cell c is really robbing people. I regret the day I decided to join this network????????????????????

Useless. Want my cash back and unsibscibe me. And Cell c and this app suck. Never recommending it.. Hope you can fix this fast would have been a Great app

This app has been crashing soo much its not funny i have 100 gb and i cannot even login i have bought 3 gb black data still this app so disapointing i was soo excited to watch movies and pay with airtime but now seems like i wasted 19 rand also to buy a weekender package

Don't waste your data downloading this app reinstalled it twice and still freezes... Been trying to access it for almost 2 weeks but same issue. If you wanna offer an alternative to what we use to sort this out cell c. You are losing potential clients by not sorting out this problem.

This is just a waste of data.I recharged with R150 airtime...I got the 50GIG but everytime i open the app it crashes.I have downloaded it 4 times,still it does the same thing.I do not recommend downloading it.

This app is simply horrible. I wasted my data and airtime. I want my airtime back. Continually freezes and nothingnhappens at all. I really want my airtime back. Simply a waste of time money and effort. Hate it completely. Can i be reimbursed with my airtime?

I don't know how to answer any of the questions because as soon as I go into this stupid app it does nothing except freeze and then goes back to my home screen on my tablet. I wasted my time and sure as heck don't have time for this nonsense.

Cell C is a rip off. I'm very angry coz I was very excited about using this app coz it had potential to make my day until it kept on stopping every time I try to create an account for it. Cell C should've never had taken the risk of launching this app without testing it thoroughly. Now it disappointed its supporters/clients...

The most useless app used on our hard earned money whoever come with this sort to say you are real money monger for sure doesn't work at all times keep crashing even freezing our handsets seriously cell c be considerate of us we beg you

Cell C has ruined it's credibility by partnering with these guys This is a weird app I'm using a Huawei P8 lite and have receive 50GB data from Cell C but I cannot for some reason register myself the app just dresses I've tried many times with no luck

This app is trash..do not download it. It freezes all the time. I dont know why cell c likes to put out sub-par apps. Its like they dont respect us. Absolute garbage

This app has great potential, but it's unusable right now... I cannot activate my trail, I cannot sign up when I click the trial or the sign up buttons, the app freezes... It looks like it's getting stuck in a loop... Please fix the issue

Disaster....Registered via pc,tried logging-in via cellphone and it gives me a message 'user doesn't exist'.

The content is very limited. Used my regular data and not the black data allocated (for streaming and downloading) . Really not worth the time , money or effort !!! Maybe when cell c actually get up to date and worthy content and fix all the bugs then take a look , but for the next few months it's a waste of time !!!

This App Is Horrible, when you want to open up the app it keeps on kicking me out.. and says this app has stopped working... Useless this thing and the people who made this app... cant get nothing right....

Downloaded the app,after a couple attempts it opens then just as soon closes. This happened about ten times in a row. I gave up, to frustrating.

Bought R100 airtime thinking I'd be able to stream black.co.za services. The site and app do not work.

It's a modern day robbery from cell c. It is the most useless, valueless, and time wasting app ever. Just got robbed of R45 for nothing. If there is anything less than zero rate that is what I'm gonna give to this nonsense app.

This is rubbish, cellc must also close down... Its the worst network in the whole world. I've tried calling them but they can't handle my queries, they misled me even worse to buy more black data rubbish... I need a refund and I quit this network

The warnings are there do not download, does not work and you won't be reimbursed!!!I would not recommend or promote this app at all,more thought should have been put into it,total disaster,Cellc will just take you data to make up for their fancy ad to promote something that obviously does not work!

Downloading app and setting up account was easy. Was able to stream movies and btv with no issues. I'm sure there will be a lot more exciting things to come. Challenge the market!

As a Cell C client must say .. what a disappointment. Installed and the app just freeze on start up. Sorry to say but you have a lot of work ahead. Luckily I didn't cancel my Netflix and Showmax subscriptions as yet.

Way too expensive for very little content. The streaming channels don't have a guide so no idea what's on them and they're all illogically saved under 'sports'. Very little VOD content, I can't see a reason to choose this over Netflix or Showmax at this stage. If Cell C significantly improves the content offering then I'll give it another try, right now you can browse through the entire TV series catalogue in a few seconds. Update: I'm taking one star off for the copy and paste response from Cell C that clearly didn't acknowledge my review.

Bought airtime,downloaded the app,but nothing happens.when I try to open it my handset froze,what will happen with the 50gigs that cell c gave me for recharging if I can't even register or open the app.this is such a let down really

This App isn't compatible with Android Smart Tv's. seems kind of stupid seeing as this is a media based app. Fix this pls

The reason I rated this highly is that I watch LFC tv and it is working very smoothly so far. This is a much better alternatve than paying a DSTV package. Keep it up Cell C im glad to do more testing!!!

The app still needs some developments, the first problem is that it freezes when you open it.

Ok I have black data streamed a movie it used all my normal data contacted black help desk they cannot help me Cellc black used my personal data i must phone my service provider and find out....no no delete delete the ab!!!!!!
