So I get the glam bag monthly. I get numerous emails all monthly letting me know about the app and to download and login. How I can find out all the info about the items in my glam bag and tips on using them. So I finally go to download, I login and then am told I'm on a waiting list of some kind. WTH kind of advertisement is that? So I'm encouraged to get an app I can't even use as a monthly glam customer? Wow

After my initial review of 1 star for a waiting list, someone from ipsy contacted me and gave me access to the app. They also told me that this is not the app that is advertised with the glam bag, that app is only available for iOS. This app offers cash back for items purchased through the app. I have not purchased anything yet. The only problem I have noticed is when reviewing past glam bags and trying to go back past two months, it won't load and when you try to refresh the page the app crashes.

Less than 24 hours ago, I download the ipsy app and was put on the waiting list. I was very upset about this and today I was personally contacted by ipsy. They took great care of me very quickly. I love the app!! Can't wait to see what else gets added on!! Ipsy's customer service is amazing. They were very kind. Love you ipsy!!

I'm a new subscriber, and I purchased gift subscriptions for my daughters and my niece. Still figuring things out, and I thought the app would be a helpful way to do so. Unfortunately, I am not able to access the app; I have been placed on a wait list. Really can't properly rate an app that I am unable to even access.

Thanks to the software team that fixed everything. I wish you add feature for android phones so that app shuts down when I tap "back" button. And customer service is fast responding

Got my first glam bag with a flyer to install the app. I'd really like to review my products and check out my shopping options but I've been put on a wait list. One star for the irritation factor.

I've had an Ipsy subscription for close to 2 years now. Why do I have to wait to be able to sign into the app? I love ipsy. Just wondering why i have to wait to use the app..

I love ipsy, I've been getting bags for months. But I get put on a wait list for your app? That makes no sense to me. Would possibly change my rating if given access to the app

Gave a bad review at first because of the waiting list. Was reached out to by someone from ipsy. Thought it was super awesome they took me off the wait list and changing my review ❤love ispy.

I tried reaching out to ipsy as suggested but got nowhere, they suggested I update my app and phone, when I told them that I had I simply stopped getting anywhere so it's back to waiting. AGAIN! Even sent a screen shot of the ratings to prove this wasn't a update issue, but I guess they didn't like that as all contact stopped. :(

After being put on a waiting list customer service contacted me and gave me full access to the app. I love the app!

I really like Ipsy. It really customizes your preferences on makeup & accessories that you like and use. The only down fall is the waiting list. It takes days when it gets shipped your way. It's definitely worth the wait though. Can't really complain about something that makes you more beautiful. Overall Ipsy is Wit the business

So I was able to log in but my screen stays stuck and I can't see anything on this app

I have had ipsy for a long time but I cannot even access my account and have been put on a wait list. How stupid. Makes me want to cancel my membership

Ive been subscribing to ipsy for over a year but i cant use the app. Very upsetting.

Loads relatively quickly which is always nice, except for the glam bag page which didn't load for me at all. The search function is great, you can search not only by brand but by use! Wonderful, Just can't wait to get the middle tab working.

It won't let me review my glam bag and it says i have different items than i actually got.

After my initial review received an email from Ipsy and was given access. The website is well put together. Able to purchase and earn ipsy cash to use on other purchases.

I subscribed about 3 weeks ago & downloaded the app. to track my glam bag & see what is new..but it says the app isn't available for me to use?? How do I know I will actually get my bag? Bc they sure as hell got my $10! Sure, what's $10..nothing,but if I am going to pay for something, I need confirmation I am going to receive it! I'm going to need them to get on this ASAP!!

I pay for my bag every month with my hard earned money just like everyone else. My last shipment had a card telling me to download the app, so that's what I do. Apparently the app not yet available to me. That's bs. Update: a service rep emailed me that I was granted access and they are working out the bugs and asked if I could change my 1 star for a better rating. They get 4 stars for the service and I do like their products.

Since I'm a current ipsy subscriber, I was a little annoyed that I had to wait to use the app. A representative from ipsy contacted me via email about my experience and took me off the wait list. I now have access to the app and I love that I can see all of my past glam bags so I can find the products I loved. Ipsy earned 4 stars for the quick response and great customer service.

If I'm paying my monthly subscription fee to get my glam bag, then I should be able to access the app as soon as possible and I have been waiting for a couple weeks now to be able to get into this app and I am not happy about it at all. So if anybody has any tips or can please help me so that I'm able to shop and see when my next glam bag will be available to me please send me feedback. Once again NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! TECH SORRY SHOULD BE ALL OVER THIS ISSUE! DO YOUR JOB.

Been getting bags from the company for over a year and I have to wait until a spot opens? That's ridiculous! Thinking about canceling and switching to birch box. The techs should be all over this. Terrible customer service on their part doing something like this. It works immediately on iPhone/apple store or at least with my friends it did! What about android?

I had a previous issue about not being able to access app. The ipsy team resolved the issue by moving me off the waitlist now I am able.to use the app. I'm giving them 4 stars for resolving the issue in such a timely manner ! Thanks ipsy

I've been an Ipsy subscriber for over a year now. I love the glam bags. But for some reason I can't use the app. A real shame because I would love to have tips and see videos with an app instead of having to use my computer. Their tech team should really get on this.

I posted a review about how annoyed I was to be able to access the app but not use it despite being a subscriber. Customer service contacted me, granted me access, and offered some "free points" for my trouble with a request to update my review. The app does seem solid and functional now that I've been granted access.

I'm not going to spew all this hate and say that I'm going to cancel my subscription, but this app is complete garbage. If they can have a working app on the Apple store they should have a working app on the Google play store. I would love to have an ipsy phone app but apparently they don't care about people without iPhones lmfao. You shouldn't have to "wait until a spot opens" on a damn app when I've already been subscribed? What sense does that make.

Been a subscriber for a year and I have to wait to use the app...why advertise a product that users want to use but can't? It seems unprofessional for a company at this scale to make its subscribers wait to use the app, why roll it out then? Incredible.
