I've been sending payment my bank info keeps erasing and now I'm getting a late payment this app is no good it's suppose to make things easier I'm a very busy person and this is adding more to busy schedule now I must call in and waste my time because of this app.

It does what it supposed to do

Good...but would be better if could set up auto pay

Looks like they never fixed there bugs. Guess I should of read the reviews before installing. :(..... I can log in on my laptop but can not log in on the mobile app PLEASE FIX!.

First this company nickle and dimes you like crazy, they continual advertising this app to make payments and yet they charge 5 extra dollars when using ACH which costs pennies to actually process. You can set up auto payments to avoid this fee but you can't set that up through the app or online. You have to do it the old school insecure way of filling out a form and emailing it to who knows who. Oh then there's the app after logging out, I can still access my account information.

This app used to work. Logged in today and my bank info was gone. Added it back and tried to pay but it keeps disappearing. Can't pay !

Can't sign in and create an account! Submit button doesn't work!

Installed app and typed in access code and on the next page where you are too submit "I guess" username and password, I only see boxes and don't know what or where to input info. App needs serious work!!!

The app freezes constantly.

Trying for 3 days to download this app. Any suggestions? ?????
