The app will not load most of the time. Sometimes after waiting minutes it will load. Notifications are often many hours late. Your home could be burglarized and you would not know until hours later. This is an unreliable app and they will probably end up getting sued by a homeowner. This app hasnt been updated in over two years. If you are considering a security system that uses this app you are making a serious and potentially life threatening mistake.

Absolutely GARBAGE. If I saw this app before I upgraded the alarm I would not have done the upgrade. WHY in the world would you automatically save the user name and password on a HOME SECURITY app?!?! That is insane. I have to purposely change the username and password to a fake one when I log out. GUI and Coding looks like a college freshman designed for a class project and made a C-.

It only connects successfully to my system about half the time, which has 4 bars connected to Verizon. Very unreliable, especially for something that NEEDS to be reliable. The app crashes if I press the security company's logo.

Major lag times when arming and disarming. When armed the screen should be red, not green. When processing a comand there should be an animated indicator spinning or pulsateing or something so you know its working/processing. It has got to be by far the slowest at processing we have ever seen. And numerous other short comings.

I only have the basic functionality, which is fine for me. HOWEVER, for an app that remotely works with your home or business SECURITY SYSTEM; this is amazingly and completely INSECURE. You have to enter your username and password, but there is no option to LOGOUT, and once you enter your username and password, the app will not let you remove it. So once it's there, its there. If someone somehow gets into your mobile device, they only need to click the app icon and then disarm your alarm. Very Very Bad. Give me a Logout/Sign Out!

Edit: this app appears to be abandoned; download SecureSmart Alarm instead. This app is hideous (though not quite as ugly as the screenshots above) but works most of the time. There are times when a blank screen appears and the user has to close the app and reopen it to interact with the alarm.

The issue I have with this is recently, it has stopped notifying me when it's disarmed and armed. It only started this a few days ago. I've uninstalled and installed it again and even force stopped it. Nothing is happening

App is slow. Always have trouble loading. Wastes a lot of time. I might as well open the door and run like Hell to the other side of my building to turn off the damn alarm with the amount of time I have wasted waiting on this app.

Try to set alarm,fails. I'd post a pic of the screen shot,but guess it wouldn't matter. Been a major problem since we started using the app. Guess I'll go to Sam's club and purchase a system from them,and not worry about this worthless app

It's an OK app. It lags a bit but eventually works.. However my log has never worked to notify me of entries/exits as it's supposed to.

I'm sitting in our living room with system off, yet app shows all zones secure. Useless app.

I have been using the app since October 2015. I'm able to accomplish the overall goal of setting/unsetting the alarm. I've learned to do a trick for quicker results. It is now saying COMM failure in between settings but it still works.

If you have a ipDataTel cellular modem for your alarm this is the only app you can use. Sadly it is junk. Buggy with frequent crashes. Very slow response between key press and response back from panel. It can take several attempts before you can enable or disable the alarm. Keypad sounds are inconsistent. App hasn't been updated in over a year and developer is unmoved to make it better.

So far this app is performing excellent. I am able to arm and disarm remotely without any lag time. All of my alerts are pushed through , without failure. My E,M,C security installer , walked me thur how to modify any changes that I could want .

Just so I could use a different app. This app couldn't do anything. Could not arm or disarm system timely. Inquiries to developer went unanswered. Zero customer support.

Can't connect with this app. Always get connection errors now. My wife doesn't have problems with her app--iphone. Last updated in Sept 2014??? Explains it all.

This is the most unreliable app I have ever used.. we have left our house unlocked more times with this service than in our old house. because when we start driving away and try to turn it on It doesn't work..

Ive been using this app for over 2 years now. Easy to use and incorporate. As im a security professional using dsc for 10 years this is a good simple program for 99% of users. The other 1% are the ones who just cant setup the devices.

Doesn't work when away and trying to set... had to reinstall three times and still having problems! I called customer service and the advice was a tech would go over how to press the numbers pad to set the alarm. My response of course was I don't need help pressing buttons ?

That's all, it just doesn't work. It's almost comical.

Just stopped connecting. The load up times are slow. This morning when I woke up the hub is just blank. Please fix!!!!!

Useless sluggish app. Far from being practical. Mediocre design. Badly written. NEVER WORKED. Waste of time. Alarm Relay scrap it and come up with your own. I love my alarm service, but this crappy app will definitely make me look some where else. I wish there was minus 5 stars I would have given it. Rubbish

To have more than one location your installer must set up. As an installer it would be nice to input no username and pass. I uninstall everyday.

Takes too long to bring up key pad to input my security code. When time matters this app will get someone hurt. Not impressed.

How you all can even roll out this piece of crap to the public defies logic. Oh, but wait. There is no properly working logic in this buggy app anyway! Works 20 percent of the time!

If others know what it takes to secure your passcodes then protect your home, an extra 2 seconds will not damage them, also keep in mind your internet connection DIRECTLY affects speed of input....

Works, the first time to set the alarm. Later, when you want to disarm the system, it does not have a connection, and still displays "Exit Delay in Progress", & entering the alarm code produces no beep and does not disarm the system. It does not automatically reconnect. I have to continuously launch the app, then it eventually reconnects and displays "System Armed In Away Mode", and can be disarmed.

App is Unreliable. Sometimes it arms the alarm system, sometimes it doesn't. I'm not impressed and probably won't use it. Please hire someone to fix this buggy application.

Finally fixed with latest update! 5 stars for it now! Developer doesn't listen to feedback. The keypad text under each alarm panel (when you have multiple panels) is so small it is illegible. You shouldn't have to use a magnifying glass to read it.

Echo sentiments by another reviewer. Very good app, but I'm a security installer and need to be able to save more than one set of account credentials within the app on my phone. Give me that, and you've got a five-star-plus app! Edit: despite emails to the developers requesting this feature, I have gotten zero response. Also, left/right scrolling buttons on DSC keypad not functional, makes remote programming difficult-to-impossible.

The app will open but I can no longer select my security system to do anything so the app is useless. Please fix!!!! Galaxy s5

No longer can set alarm system. This started with the last update. Set rating to hopefully alert devs. Will fix rating as soon as it's fixed.
