Won't let me deactivate , or delete the app and when I try it says the app is a device administrator and won't let me control it , don't download

App asks for 12 digit serial number, but the case I got for my Galaxy S6 Edge only has a 10 digit number and when I enter the number, it keeps saying number not recognised
