Enhanced Video Panel:
The development team has listened to our clients – especially those who experience problems with their bandwidth. The Video Panel still enables you to view multiple cameras on a single screen, but the new app allows you to set the number of visible video streams (1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 cameras). Now, you can browse through recorded videos freely and filter through historical footage on a single, multi-view screen.
Hanwha Techwin Fisheye Camera Integration:
Thanks to the ImmerVision® patented technology, which integrates the Hanwha Techwin Fisheye Camera, you can now use gestures to operate the image – live and recorded – and control your pan–tilt–zoom camera functions, by pinching and zooming in on your smartphone or tablet. Hanwha Techwin 4K IR Fisheye Camera Series enable ultra HD monitoring and efficient surveillance with a single camera, and can satisfy the customer's needs in specific markets.
The App’s creators are dedicated to introducing further advancements in operational intelligence and business analytics for multi-unit business owners. “We want to cut the endless feed of information, tons of analysis, and daily tasks,” explains Adam Hollanek, EZUniverse’s VP of Product Development. “We’ve managed to cut most of the ‘white noise’ and show business operators what they should be looking at.” The release of the enhanced 2nd generation 360iQ® App marks another successful step on the Company’s path to developing a fully integrated solution for remote enterprise management.

This application is absolutely horrible. The video is slow and pointless. It's definitely not my internet connection, phone, or version of android. I can remote into my surveillance computer and see video way wayyy better than this app. IPC, do y'all actually test software before releasing it? It's incredibly disappointing to have spent so much on subway surveillance and not be able to use the features that are actually needed by a franchisee.

The version before may not have been perfect, but at least you could watch something that actually moved. This is horrendous. IPC has screwed up this and the new version viewed remotely on PC,suck also.

It is TOO slow in video playing. Even one camera playing is very slow on S4 phone on WIFI!! Instead showing all cameras, it MUST have setting option to see one or multi camera simultaneously to improve video playing speed. Also will save on data usage. Although it has good other features, but main use of this app is to see quick vidoe of the store and therefore it is count for 90% of this app. One step backward from last app for real usability point of view.

The intended use of this app is great! However the way it is actually used is illegal. I have witnessed many store owners spying on their employees and even calling their stores to tell their employees what to do. It is illegal! You are not allowed to check the cameras unless an incident has been reported. I am appalled that this is an acceptable and common practice behind closed doors.
