I can log in, pay from the app, and request service. Great. But it won't let me set up an appointment to end my service & it doesn't include the contact info for my local office, making me leave the app to Google on my own.

Completely unable to use. What a waste of time

This app sucks everytime i try and login in it tells me my password is invalid this is a very inconvenience when people are trying to pay their bills on time. FIX IT

App won't let me login but the website does???? What's going on?

Doesn't work.

I tried logging in and it says there's a problem with the Internet connection. Galaxy Note 2

Didn't get further than entering my city, state and zip. Will not allow me to continue. Says internet connection error.

I can't log in says network error, I know my network is fine. Fix and will rate 5 stars.

Not a good app. Each time I login it keeps saying Internet connection error. However I logged in on a computer just fine. Terrible app will un install it serves me no purpose. App needs fixing so consumers like myself are able to log in with no problems.
