I told you, the app eLipa has issues. I just confirmed today. I had 120 Safaricom airtime bal and 15 eLipa bal. I topped up eLipa 100 from Mpesa then I bought Safaricom airtime of 100 from eLipa. The transaction was successful. Believe me you, as I am writing this letter my airtime balance is 119 after calling your number which was direct to voice-mail and I severed immediately. I think it's just another bogus application, I should just rate it zero to nothing and uninstall. It's wasting my space and money

Still cannot reload with my equity card even after assuarance months ago it will be fixed. Just remove the option instead of misleading customers please.
