Couldn't even log in. I checked with the branch and they didn't help at all.

Just deposited a check noproblems, just waiting on it to clear.

The online banking feature is very convenient for the most part, but the camera is upside down and backwards, and because of that it makes it impossible to take pictures of checks to deposit.

I constantly get booted out when make mobile deposits. However, everything else works fine and is easy bit I use mobile deposit very frequently and am often flustered with the response I get.

I would give it a five star rating but it always crashes when doing mobile deposits. The rest of the app is great. Please fix the crash issue.

Easy to use

For real time monitoring of my accounts it's great, no issues there. Every time I try to deposit a check I spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to get an acceptable photo. More often than not, my session times out by the time I get an acceptable photo and I have to start the whole process over. This is ridiculous. If I'm actively using the app then why am I on a timer?

I have 2 business accounts and 1 personal with my CU. this app is super basic. And Does not show pending ACH charges. this app is Useless to me if I can't cross account trnsfr. Better off accessing via website

Needs to be accessable on a tablet

Ever since they updated the app with how the login is and such, it takes a considerable amount of time to load anything... if I'm lucky it'll load. I wish I could get the old version back

I can't seem to log in to my account or do a mobile deposit after the update on software.

App is slow and suddenly mobile deposits crash the app. I take a pic of a check and the app crashes, EVERY TIME. Pretty useless now.

Works well!

The was nothing wrong with the old app. This new update is 70+ MB! So many graphics for a bank app. Looking for log in and the new language for things like "transfers" is unnecessary.

The other one is better.

I could not get this app to even open. It took forever to load on my phone. Not worth the time to get it.

I won't be updating this app until the permissions are less invasive.

This app is really poor. You can't see all of your accounts like the website where you can cross transfer and actually see the other account. You can't see the other account without signing out of the first then signing in again with password to even see if your money was transferred to the other account. This app is worthless.

I can't look at all my accounts that are linked. This app is useless to me. I was so excited to see that the app was back. Hope you fix this.. Until then I am deleting :-(
