75%-80% of the time, the app doesn't and won't initialize. I have a new Samsung S7 too, so it isn't a matter of my phone being out of date. I find this really inconvenient and unless it's fixed soon, I am just going to delete the app and get a different account elsewhere.

Won't let me view my accounts until I restart my phone. Then allows me to look for ten minutes before booting me off and saying call home banking then refuses to let me back on. Can't do share transfers half the time.

Recently my password expired and in the app my credentials were saved. When I reset my password on the website the app would not allow me to change my login credentials and kept auto using the old password which locked my account. Fix this

Use it on my Android, works good. Love that not only can I check balance in all my UCU accounts but I can also transfer money between them as well.

Doesn't work on android 5.0. The ui is garbage as well. It looks like they got someone in high school to create it. Needs a major overhaul and a competent team that will actually stick with the times and update the app.

I cannot sign into my account, it repeatedly keeps giving me an error message. Even when I go to the website from my browser it does the same thing. Please fix!
