This app was great...then it forced me to change my password and no matter how many times I tried I wasnt able to change it. So ive uninstalled it to keep me from throwing my phone.

Overall, the app is OK.....i can login and do my stuff, but meh it needs to have the ability to deposit checks over the phone, so I don't have to go to the branch for it.

The app is slow and difficult. Too many steps to log in, very few options or explanation on account history. I set up my security questions 2 years ago and it makes me answer the EVERY TIME I log in. Why have a a password if you're just going to make me answer my security questions as well? This app is so much more difficult than it needs to be. But hey, I get to see my balance sometimes, so there's that.

It was working fine til I updated it yesterday. I click on icon and it says app isnt installed. Go to my settings and says app is installed. So now I have to go to website instead. Updates just mess everything up!

Very slow, my screen usually times out while my account is loading. All of my old loans are still listed, makes it cluttered .

I have my screen dim after 1 minute & the app hasn't even do finished logging in before it goes black. But all in all it works good.

My old loans are listed first, so I have to scroll thru them to get to my current ones. Then the due dates are not listed. Also a running balance would be a nice addition to the transaction screen.

Here lately when I try to sign in it says I need to change password. So I try. I wanted 8 minutes for it to load and nothing. I can't use it anymore because it won't move past that window.
