Maps CU

I do not like Maps. I have noticed since being with them that a purchase i make a week prior states as pending then it goes through and then a week later it getd taken out again for the same thing even though i didnt go back to that same place and make the same purchase. Im very frustrated with maps and I dont reccomend them. The dates and times of purchase never add up, they're not accurate.

Fairly decent app, but would be much better if it supported fingerprint authentication for quick login.

Love it, works great, simple, easy.

The available balance never adds up real time or accurate, and u can't see ur credit card statements on the app either. Always saying their working on it. Only thing this bank is good for is low interest rates.

Tried to deposit a check today and the camera was inverted. Move the camera up, the image moves down. Move the camera right, the image moves left. Incredibly frustrating.

App takes me back to my account summary page every time I try to take a picture of the front of the check.

Won't update my balance on my main account. Doesn't reflect balance on my credit card.

Mobile deposit has a limit of 1500, which is incredibly inconvenient

God this app sucks. What was the budget for this? Spend some more money and make a native app broke bank.

Always having problems with the app letting me sign in. It loads almost 90% and then gives me an error. I've emailed tech but it still has issues.

The mobile application that should update each account balance is lacking in effort. My mobile app shows i have money in checking but later i learn that the money shown really wasnt there and therefore i have a negative balance and i owe fees because of their lousy app. Also as a side note before i uninstall this app, taking mobile photo of a check is not an easy task. And as of Nov 4th, the app wpnt even load to the login screen.

It's simple. Who doesn't like simple?...up date. The app has some quirks. Hopefully in time they will resolve. Inconvenience, yes. But that's how we fix things to be better. Update in a few month.

Has anyone else had there app go crazy? It told me for 6 days and on 4 different phones (2 of which I had to install the app) that I had $45.00 in my available balance. I didn't and my account was overdrawn and I had to pay $35.00 because this app messed up.

The app is great as always, but on my phone (Nexus 5x) the camera flips upside down when trying to scan checks. An update to the API sometime soon would be great!

Probably the easiest way to check a balance or make a payment.

2 things would make it better, first would be to find a way to make it not behave like a browser (pressing back acts like you're going back pages like computer browser history), and second would be push notifications for something like daily balance :)

Received a notice that you are changing my credit card from a Visa to a Mastercard. I have had some really bad experiences in the past with a previous account that was a MC. I was a long time Maps member but I will be closing my accounts before the end of the week!!! Here I come Selco CU!!!!

It would be nice if the app saved my password. I'm a big girl and know to lock my phone for safety.

The new app interface is a huge step backwards in usability. App navigation is choppy and doesn't follow Android UX standards. I used to be able to save my login credentials for convenience, but now I have to waste time entering my credentials every time. I know your app is now just a shell for a customised banking website, and I'm not keen on the fact that it's not going directly to Maps CU's servers. The old interface was faster, cleaner and just as secure. Why did you ruin the online banking experience?

[1] MAKE PAYMENTS SEARCHABLE (like before) [2]for loans/credit card, SHOW PAYMENT DUE DATE/AMOUNT DUE (like before) [3]show the running balance on the transaction list (like before) and possibly indicate that a transaction is pending [4]show the confirmation code when you pay bills from mobile. Since the full website is no longer available on mobile devices, I have do way to get those codes (I don't have a computer)

Updates allows to save username. Can easily do basic functions (view transactions, transfer money). Check deposit makes things so much easier but the camera tool does not work at all. The box you're supposed to line the sides if the check with are not even a rectangle. It's impossible. I'm better off taking my check to the bank. Disappointing.

This new version of the ap is really useless. It closes all the time and is incredibly un user friendly. Highly considering changing banks

For some reason the new app doesn't keep a current balance. I have made multiple purchases and had it not register for (at this time) 3 days.

Just installed the latest version, and after setting up the security profile it came right up.

Can't take pictures to deposit checks keeps crashing
