Some checks are imposible to deposit with the app, I've spent so long to deposit some checks that I had to go to the bank and deposit in person, so frustrating!

For some reason I have tried signing up for account login 3 different times and still unable to set up even a new account. I have tried talking to tech support but I'm not sure how they managed to change my password when each time I'm directed to a different page to sign up. It's getting scary how many times I have put my account on 3 different web pages. Please fix

I can't get it to log in at all and it won't let me set a pass word so this app is not a good one

Tried the mobile deposit for the first time and it was like the camera was backwards. I wanted to move left and it went right. I tried turning my phone around and it didn't change. It was really frustrating!

This app is so much better than the old one, jordan credit union only has one location near me and I'm paid by my customers with checks mostly and it was a pain to drive to the bank so much. But now I can just take the picture:) I also love the new and less buggy menus and passwords. I also love the new layout. Much easier

I freaking love this app i dont even have to leave my house to transfer funds, also i dont need to call them to see how much i have i can check it on this app whenever wherever

I really like Jordan Credit Union's app. Works great.

This app could use better UI such as being able to seperate deposits from money spent/withdrawls. And adding a calculator. Needs better budgeting tools as well. I would love to see it be more useful to ones on bidgets.

I love this app it allows me to take total control of my finances and manage bill paying like a responsible adult and watch my acct. 4 unauthorizd activity. Mr JOE.

Samsung Galaxy S 4G, made the mistake of updating to the newest update. App no longer opens without needing a force close almost instantly after tapping the app. Have tried: clear data, restart phone, and reinstall (clean with restarts after each step); Don't update unless your phone is listed under the update as a fix.

This app makes managing my account very easy. I can quickly check my balances and recent transactions. I can even transfer money to/from my kids' accounts and Jordan CU. It is really convenient to call the credit union. I just use Contact Us, Important Phone Numbers, touch the branch I want to call and it automatically dials it for me. This is why the app needs permission to "directly call phone numbers". By the way, Wayne, the app doesn't access your phone contacts; it dials just the phone to call the credit union when requested. This might cost money if my plan minutes are used up, or if I'm roaming, or something. It will only make a call if I navigate to the branch phone numbers, then touch one of them. I hope the credit union leaves this option in because it is convenient, and if I have exceeded my minutes and still want to call, that's up to me, and I'm okay paying for my call. Good news, Charles, I found the logout option. From the home screen, touch the menu button, and if you are logged-in, it will have a logout option. If you aren't at the home screen, touch your menu button, and go Home from there. Also, if I stay idle for 5 minutes, it logs me out anyway.

it's nice to see a local credit union have their own app

It's nice to see a local credit union providing services like this. It would be nice if you replaced account number with some sort of login username of our own choosing. I would feel a lot more comfortable submitting a username than an account number over mobile

The wait is over and the app is GREAT! It does all I hoped and more! I am very pleased with the fact that the bill pay is included. I had two problems...it will not save login info on the xoom tablet without an error or crash and when I stopped a payment in bill pay on my Droid x then it lost track of all bill pays until I logged out for a min then logged back in. Bugs are expected in a new program but it more than makes up for it everywhere else and bugs get fixed. Thank you!

I've been waiting for this for a long time! Great app that does everything I want; pay bills, transfer funds, account overview, and branch info!

The app is straight foreword, easy to use and looks nice. But I un-installed because once you log in there is no way to log out this concerns me. I also saw that it is open to automatic phone calls without my intervention - I don't see this as anything needed to check my account info. If there was a feature to call a branch I could see that but there is not.... Here are a few suggestions for the next revision.
