You can select a goal for the task, and how frequent do you aim to achieve the goal (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). At any time when you don't feel like working on the task, just simply disable the task.
The progress ring will not only help you understand how far away you are from your goal, but also give you the best possible user experience!

Really wanted to like it. Nice layout and feel. BUT I want to be able to track annual goals as well. Bummer that this great app doesn't have that option.
