App worked fine until I switched phones and now when I try to cash out nothing happens. Tried re installing the app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy J5) and still cant cash out. Received an email saying that as per their records I have in fact cashed out even though I have an available balance showing on my side but when I asked for proof of this I did not get any further response. Was promised help but still can't use my available funds.
It stops working everytime you snap the till slip. This is a rip off. In response to the reply - I did email. No one bothered to reply. I sent a second email now.
Started off loving this app. The UI is a bit clumbsy as the book buttons are huge and I am constantly booking items in error while scrolling. And it takes ages to load regardless of if I am on mobile or Fibre. Lately all my snaps are being rejected despite perfect snaps and qualifing items. So sadly I am giving up with using the app. I may try it again in a year or two and hopefully the bugs are fixed.
I absolutely LOVE this APP, I mean hello, money for buying items you purchase regularly, what could be better??? DOWNLOAD Snap n Save right now and refer your buddies to get R10.00, money for jam guys and gals.
Was stuck on loading for two days. Now when I try to log in it won't. App has all permissions. I also tried clearing the cache. Did not help. Working fine now. Will increase rating with further use.
So far a great app, have yet to do a cashout so will see how that goes.. Although I'm a little unhappy with small everyday items it's limited to one, whereas another app I have a person can for instance get said amount back on say all 4 loaves of bread purchased at once, but otherwise I am enjoying the app

Not impressed. Had app for weeks and basic items like bread, eggs and milk always dont have coupons available. Dont waste your time
Love it! This App rates way up there for me and other family members and every opportunity I get, I let my friends and collegues know about it. Keep the great offers coming!
This app is a great idea, but the app itself is quite clunky and often freezes. Very slow to show new items when scrolling and doesn't seem to want anything less than full 4G, which we don't have inside stores so I can check items on shelf against offers in the app. Camera freezes or takes blurry pics so I have to do them repeatedly.
Some serious glitches in the app and seems staff don't know how to calculate 48 hours correctly! Multiple attempts to snap a slip and I keep getting that stupid haaibo message. Have contacted support which is non responsive and thus ineffective. Next step cash out, delete the app and not recommended it to anyone!
I still think this is a great app ,but recently , the timelines for my products do not add up correctly . I still have 26 hours to buy a product , but it is not on my snap list at all ? I have the till slip ,but now I cannot claim for this product - 2nd time in the same month ...same product ...
Thank you for cheking up on the fault my snap save workes wonderfully now. Love this app use it al the time just wish there were more anyproduct as I moustly shop at spar and dont really buy name brands. Other than that this ap is great
Great idea! Just a few suggestions: Most people do monthly shopping like me which means I miss out on most of the offers during the month cause we not every second day out shopping or even in shops, maybe extend the validity of then offer Also the limit of 1 product per offer could be increased Otherwise great app
It's completely unusable on a Friday so what the point of having this app if I can't snap anything up when I can actually go on. It's been a battle on Fridays for more than 2 months. #unhappy#
I'm loving this app, I've already cashed out twice having only started snapping 3 months ago. The only downside so far is the fact that offers are always booked out, maybe the number of available offers should be increased per product, especially with the most basic of products...
This app is a hoax. Money disappears from your abound and nobody can get it back. They keep telling you to download the latest version and send a screen grab of your wallet even if you have the latest version of the app. They try to push the blame onto you.
These guys have dropped the ball. No response to previous rating. No payment for valid product purchase despite a picture of the product being submitted with the till slip.
I had this app installed a year or two ago and with change of phones it got lost somewhere. Now using it again if I have to compare between a year ago I would say it has gotten worse, fallen way below ok. Not only can you not cash out but send an e-mail and chances of getting a response is also close to zero. So in essence it doesn't offer what it says on the jar, if they sort the issues out will gladly up my rating.
What happens when one has booked an offer and missed snaping it together with the rest... can I still submit the same receipt?
The photo preview is not what ends up being captured. I could not get a clear image of my slip.
Giving up after two days of trying to get the app to launch. Just stuck on loading screen.

Using this app is frustrating. Performance when navigating product list is very poor. Trying to upload photo of till slip, but process does not complete. Trying to redo the till slip means one has to go through all the steps again? Urghh
For some reason when I try to log in, it says 'cannot connect to the internet' my wifi at home and my cellphone data are on so I know the problem isnt on my side. Really dissapointed
While scanning the bill app always take blur images most of the time it used to unreadable, please give options to add pic from gallery
I have received almost over four hundred bucks back from this app...helps a lot ,thank you!Only frustration is when you have snapped the item required but don't get cashback because"there was a problem with your snap..."other than that it's a Godsend!
Waste of time From last 3 days I'm trying to sign up, getting error of "You are not connected to network" Sick and tired.
Snapnsave has excellent customer service. I had a few problems and Tiffany helped me out promptly.
This app won't work I downloaded it and won't let me log on it says that Google won't accept it it says it's a disallowed user agent and that the agent is not permitted to make an authorization request to Google?
Doesn't work. Thinks my phone number is incorrect or isn't real.... Then why do I whatsapp Please tell? Fix and I'll rectify. So far it's useless
It won't let me take a picture of the slip and send it , it exists the app completely or goed back to the offers list.
Every time I try to cash out it says there is an error , but it the same account number I always use
Only using for a short time now, new offers don't seem to come up that often and it has plenty of items I don't really use at all. But will continue to use when items I use become available
Amazing app so far. However, I feel that it sucks that we should be charge an extra R2.50 for cash outs whereas previously it wasn't charged at all. Also, products are so limited these days.
There's money in my Wallet but it's not generating a wicode, even though it's than the minimum cashout required cash out amount.looks a bit misleading.it keeps saying haibo let's try again
Love the new EFT cash-out option. Great incentive/reason to use the app weekly.
Love using this app, however, sometimes the response is extremely slow. Other than that, notifications are clear and concise.
The regular items are always booked out and even if you choose the "notify me" option, you do not receive the notifications. Still waiting for weeks on several items to became available.

This app is a complete waste of time. Queries don't get responded to, I've claimed for quite a few products months ago which got rejected and I still don't know why. This month again a claim got rejected for 2 bottles of Bio crystal dishwasher powder. It's really not our problem if the till slips don't display the correct wording.
