Don't buy this if you finish any of your roasts before the 2nd crack. Timer is a mile out and you can't finish the roast unless you record 2nd crack. Not sure how much roasting you do but there are many beans out there that you drop before the 2nd crack. Not every coffee should be roasted to within an inch of its life.
