Why don't Syabas just put water distruption info the their own website? No need to download this app everytime water supply is interrupted. Not to mention frequent distruption in Shah Alam area and took forever to fix it.

Dear MySyabas dev. team, please add sms & push alert notification features. Nowadays, the frequency of water distruption is high and users need early and real time alerts/updates regarding any water cuts. So, they can be prepared. The lack of early notice only make people more angry and unsatisfaction towards Syabas. Thanks.

What the apps like thissss!!? Just can touch only? How i can see more?? Cannot scroll up down or what else!!!

semenyih LRA prob but bukit changgang & nearby no water. wtf its not listed in affected area? no wonder not a single lorry come for help

No update at all!! Call your care line wait about 10min to answer!! Ask when the problem solve answer is :tak tahu lagi!! Ask us download app to get notice but in the app is nothing update!!throw it lah!!

Aplikasi yg baik serta info yg tepat..tapi kenapa bila nak skrol atas bawah skrin mcm beku je?lagi2 bila nak tgok kawasan terlibat dan maklumat terkini...boleh perbaiki lagi aplikasi ini krana dmasa akan dtg lebih ramai perlukan info terkini serta persiapan utk catuan air.5 star jika aplikasi dinaik taraf

Bengong ke apa? Buat lah alert berbunyi ke atau notification pada setiap kawasan yang terputus bekalan air. tak kan la setiap jam nak buka apps bengong ni je?
