Die Applikation „Aserbaidschanische Küche“ ist für alle bestimmt, die sich für die aserbaidschanische Küche interessieren. Sie hilft Ihnen, die Zubereitung der herrlichen aserbaidschanischen Rezepte selbst zu probieren. Gleichzeitig ist sie ein Reiseführer für die Besucher von Baku, wenn sie in den Restaurants der Stadt zu Gast sind und diese Speisen kosten. „Aserbaidschanische Küche“ wurde auf Grundlage des Buchs „Meine Lieblingsgerichte“ von Bahram Bagirsadeh erstellt, das im Jahr 2011 in Baku erschienen war. Der Autor stellt darin seinen Lesern die Rezepte seiner Lieblingsspeisen aus der aserbaidschanischen Küche vor. Bei der Lektüre dieses Buchs spürt man, wie sehr Bagirsadeh von der Liebe zu seiner Heimat Aserbaidschan, ihrer Geschichte und Kultur, ihrer Bräuche und Traditionen und natürlich zur Vielfalt der aserbaidschanischen Küche durchdrungen ist.


Mit Genehmigung des Autors haben wir uns entschieden, diese Vielfalt all jenen nahe zu bringen, die die aserbaidschanische Küche noch nicht kennen, noch nie in der einzigartigen Stadt Baku waren und daher auch noch nie die köstlichen Speisen probiert haben, die Bahram Bagirsadeh in seinem Buch beschreibt.

In reading this book, you can feel how much is Bagirsadeh of love to his native Azerbaijan, its history and culture, their customs and traditions and of course penetrated the diversity of Azerbaijani cuisine.


With permission of the author, we have decided to bring this diversity to all those close to, who do not know the Azerbaijani cuisine, never been in the unique city of Baku and have therefore never tasted the delicious food that Bahram Bagirsadeh in his book describes.
