Great app, always up to date and accurate

Add suburb looks like it doesnt do anything, but I just had to press back to get to the search screen. Very usefull to see if i will be stuck in traffic.

This is a good simple app. Clean simplistic UI that serves u the information u want. No frills and no complex setup. Love it.

Would be awesum if my suburb I live in existed... Or perhaps my city??? Perhaps I cud use it. Tried just about all the suburbs in my town.... None found... Looks like East London was forgotten when the app was.made. Great idea though... But really...What's the point to have just the major cities on. I will come back to check a later version if It includes my city. Till then it deserves one star for effort. But might be to late then, Eskom could have collapsed completely then we won't need the app

Was going to give this app 5 stars untill all the pretoria suburbs stopped appearing on the search list....

Awesome app, makes life very easy. If only Eskom kept to the scheduled power outages... Also please note that I keep having to add suburbs everything I open the app.

It hangs at refreshing for minurea at a time, freezing the phone. Not able to find my suburb in. Cape Town ... With so many other apps like gridwatch that actually work, don't even bother with this one

At this moment of posting this app show my area have loadshed by 12pm today. But thats direct customers only. The real schedule on city of cape town website shows stage 1 from 16:00 till 22:30 and my area 4 ( mitchells plain) for today is not included in that time period. But ocean view (area 8)people is. Please make your app more accurate and up to date.

In previous versions all the stages would show and the different times your area would be affected with each stage. Now it's only showing you the schedule based on the reported stage. Right now as I type this we in stage 2 and app is showing schedule for stage 1. Waiting for the 10 now for stage to be updated.

Hi all..is there any reason as to why I am not getting my notifications? My notifications are definitely on and I have been notified before, but not getting any alerts anymore. I have deleted and reinstalled this app but still not getting notified

It's a good app, but the I noticed that Ekurhuleni Municipality is not included in the database. There is room for improvement.

A clean, fresh and user-friendly app. Lack of an option to sign in via Google/Facebook, or at all, along with lack of a widget lose the app its fifth star. The developers have earned the four remaining stars with praise and thanks.

[UPDATE] I have now changed to a second phone, also running 5.0.2 and no notifications, even though enabled

You will get a fifth star when you update your app more quickly to the stage announcement. So far you seem to be 30 min behind

Very good, only issue was suburb getting deleted every time I loaded the app and having to reinput. Simplicity and good ui always win.

The suburbs in BLOEM are seriously limited. I can't find Universitas.

Did not notify me of load shedding

No Bloemfontein suburbs available at present.

Lesedi and Heidelberg GP not on the list!!!

I get noooooo notifications.....

I like the app, it's fairly accurate and updates on time - it's just that the push notifications don't work on the android version. The iPhone version's push notifications work perfectly.

Jow it sucks. Sends notifications but while i am sitting in the dark it still says: No Loadshedding. I am uninstalling
