Wanted to give this app a try despite the negative reviews and I think I just wasted my phone space.. Firstly, each time I wanted to see a trip's route, the app conveniently brings me back to the home page. I have tried both on Wifi and data. Secondly, I tried to start a new trip and again, the app conveniently brings me back to the home page. Yes, I want to head home but not virtually, thank you. Idea is feasible but perhaps more work is needed on the app. Uninstalled.

Alot of midview city destination which at first was confusing. Then I realized Grab is in midview city? Kinda lame to create Grabshuttle when it's just Beeline? UI and routes are the same. And ironically I see a route in the evening but not the reverse in the morning. Also the route I was checking takes an hr. Which is as good as me taking public transport. Quite pointless.

I think Grab has got to make a lot more improvement on this app. The routes that the bus services offer often start/end at Midview City instead of the hot (popular) routes students/working adults take on a daily basis. Maybe if Grab Holdings offer a convenient and a common route for all to take e.g stopping at popular mrt stations, that will be a better alternative than to provide a vast range of routes towards or at Midview City. I haven't had any reason to use this app so I will be deleting this soon if it doesn't offer new routes
