This app is amazing. Get food delivered to me, cabs are generally quick and it's nice to know who's transporting me. However, the sign-in issues i've mentioned in the past, the ones where i enter the correct username and password, it still tells me it's incorrect and i keep having to reset my password. If this gets fixed, the rating will get a full 5 stars. Thanks.

The services I use just one icon and the list of my favorite services from transportation to restaurants all in one place. How long before my taxi arrives? the answer is right there. If I have some special need or I am not sure of the address no problem I just leave a note with my request and I don't have to wait and listen to ads waiting for a dispatcher

Amazing for cabs!! Far less amazing for food. Location services are useless, even entering a specific nearby address gets you every resturant in the city most of which don't deliver to you. Seems ok if you know exactly where you are ordering from and that they already deliver your area not great for finding new places easily. Navigation is clunky, searches don't save so every 'sorry doesn't deliver to you' means a new search. Good ideas, huge room for improvement.

The fact I can't turn off an auto tip which makes me furious when the driver was the worst. Nor can I add in a slot to get my student Discount just makes this application too costly to pay in app.

Works great for getting taxis. I like being able to request a pickup for a specific time. The taxi company local to me is a little less convenient when it comes to using the app to pay (a lot of the drivers are older and still have a hard time with the tech behind the app), so paying in car is a better/quicker option here at least.

Good app. Used it only for cabs and it's been great. General lag sometimes as is usual for GPS apps, but nice to see the available cabs before ordering.

I only use this to order a cab, but it is FANTASTIC! User friendly, easy to notify the driver/company if you need to change the info you provided and I love that it tells you when a cab is on its way, tells you the pick up time and let's you follow the cab's progress as to where it is along the way to picking you up! As far as ordering a cab goes, I highly recommend this app

When ordering a cab, I couldn't manually enter my pickup or drop off address because the app kept suggesting locations and auto-filling the address field. I can't use this to get where I want to go.

Where I live there's only one business that uses this app, but the one that does, does it well!! I'd have to see more businesses to give it a higher rating (and see all its features in action).

It would be better if it had more services for my city, but I doubt that's the app's fault.

This is FANTASTIC!!! I use it mainly for booking cabs and it takes the waiting on the phone away... I have never had to wait longer than 5 mins for a cab after requesting it. I'm never calling for a cab again :)

Just a tad confusing to schedule instead of instant dispatch for taxi apps.

Really well put together man you guys are like an advanced most of these the apps that I've been seen on the market lately have been I think the only word I can say on Google without being flagged to and then another poo and it's me walking my dog with some of these apps I wish Google would regulate on them more more more is more than to have spyware loaded in them Hoover spyware and never do you know how much they actually charge your damn drivers off sorry sorry guys

In the san Antonio area, the app has very limited services even though you know there is more in your area. This app needs to be updated

The taxi part of the app has been great in Dartmouth. What taxis are u partnered with in Halifax N S?

Order never went through and my credit card was still charged $5. Would advise against giving this app your payment information.

No matter how intoxicated I may be, I'm always able to tell when the cab will show up :D

You can now book a cab for a later time which is very handy.

Instead of wait an half-hour to an hour or being on hold by dispatch a can comes in less then 5-10 minutes

It is a lot easier to get a cab using this app as opposed to calling a half dozen times on the phone.

Great app! Needs a few improvements still, but very convenient like Uber.

Excellent app, works great. Remember to check the address on the order, and correct if necessary. Sometimes phone gps doesn't get it right, particularly if you are inside.

This app is outstanding. Much faster than calling by phone and you can see the cab number and track it's location. I will deffinately be using this every time.

Living in the city but can't use the app because my area code isn't valid in the province.

First off it froze my phone up right away

I use the app everyday to get a cab much better and faster than calling the dispatch and listening to a recording
