There are some lapses in the app. Some sentences are not visible or left unfinished. The app can improve in navigation and user experience. It is helpful and informative but user cannot move smoothly within the app.

The app is really helpful for fresh graduates or any individual who needs to process documents for specific purpose. It is easy to use. Don't need internet though to know procedures and requirements. It will be nice if the developers include updated forms. This will come very handy. By the way, the overview for passport (new) is about barangay clearance. You may want to revise on that one. Thank you very much.

It saves you time since you don't have to manually check different govt. sites for the steps to acquire what you need but I wish you could download forms here

Great update on UI! Though I still hope public documents and forms are available for download within the app so we won't have to go to the links provided for the requirements or for them on the web. Also an integration with government agencies and addition of public bulletins and announcements would be great, if it isn't too much hehe. Great help overall! The Go To Forums and Connect With Facebook buttons aren't working though.

You don't have to search for the website of the gov agencies for the step by step on how to be a member for the needed documents and membership numbers.
