App would work a lot better if you would have used material designing for the app

Not satisfied at all. I booked an appointment and applied wallet balance during checkout as I cancelled the booking like other app no amount has bee refunded to my wallet. For the same issue I mailed them and there reply was we can't refund the amount since it was a promotional money, if the appointment been cancelled the amount get exhausted. Worst service.
