Tommorw I am test and placed request previous day night itself to check my details update where there's any one going to come but the page is showing currently unavailable or errors are being displayed

Worst response bcoz when I had ordered medicines they will not deliver at time instead when I call they are telling all are busy will make a call in hour but after two days again when I call they are telling sorry sir no stock sorry worst callhealth it's better to name as callmoney

Useless service.. the customer service is not at all important to.these people.. this is my second experience with this app and services provided by them. They don't even try to solve our problem. If you are not interested in serving people, please stop advertising your app in radios and posters. Stop replying with canned responses. Your test results are not genuine. You just shared a random number report. Please share an email id where I can share the details

Only the ad in the newspaper was interesting . Required a physiotherapist in Delhi , did I follow up for 4 days. These people promise but fail to deliver .first three days the physiotherapist did not turn up on the fourth day I was informed that there are 2 therapist available in Delhi and one of them is on leave so they can not send anyone. Would not recommended at all.

Wrong ads. Tried Medicines@Home service which was listed as 24×7 same-day delivery. The service is not available on Sat and Sun and your ads are collected thru a Whatsapp number and not via the app. False advertisement there...

I found a flier in my newspaper and decided to download the app because the diagnostic test rates are very competitive (2500 for a CT scan that's a 50% discount!). Anyways, once I installed the app, I realised that the closest diagnostic center that the app shows me is in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Now, I live far away from Ameerpet, really far away, in Noida, Delhi / NCR. The closest urologist was also a doctor from Hisar in nearby Haryana. Deleting this app immediately.

Very poor service. It always asks to enter mobile number so dat dey'll call back but no response.. i pity why the hell dey created dis app for.. fake people fake company

For the UI I can give only 3* and when ever try to logging in this app, it showing that invalid mail id, I totally got stucked with this but, to be honest once I order medicine in d App they sent me the prescribed Medicine with in 6hours only, with very neat package and for the medicine along with a gel refrigerator, I have totally surprised with the Providence and customer satisfaction. I vl give millions of stars for my satisfaction.. tq callhealth

Took ages to load beyond the main page and provide anything while draining my battery . Wanted to order meds but no response even after 24 hours..Avoid.

Although a new app but they are already experts in cheating people..lets take an example today i saw their flier in the newspaper and it said serum tsh rs82..in the app it says rs294.. my advise to everyone please dont waste your time or data on this fraud service. How do I share my mobile no. ? Any email address to send it to?

Useless service I got 6 Tests done on 13 Feb 2017. I have not received one test report. I complained them 4 times, every time they are telling us they would forward my complain, but they are not responding,

Terrible service. If your rep cannot even make one call before the alloted time slot you have no business being in the Service Industry

Worst app and service....they are failed in providing requested test...provided diffent test result instead of requested potassium report....i have followed-up two day regarding the issue.....still they are unable provide the solution for that....keep in telling like checking with the lab.... Bottom line is Don't go with call health if you need accurate and fast results.

Pathetic Service.I tried availing physiotherapy service by calling customer care and was told that their physiotheraphists were busy for next one week.When I called them a week after, I was connected to their physiotheraphy department.The guy from Physiotherapy Department told that he would arrange a consultation in 2 days and haven't heard back from him even after 1 week. I suggest call health management to concentrate on customer service rather on their marketing.If u need Physiotherapy Service at home, rather choose Nightingales.

your life is in danger if you book medical tests on this bloody app. today the insane people have made my 8 months pregnant wife suffer to the core.she has not eaten anything since yesterday night 8 pm till now that is 11:40 am. they have tied up with roadside rag pickers to collect samples and the guy as shown in pics does not come in uniform and as no idea about glucose tolerance test. he comes and says he won't get the glucose and we have to measure 50 gms of glucose at home and take it. when we escalated the issue to their team member Mr Ajay, he told us to give money to get glucose. you will be surprised to see that he got 100 gms glucose at a shop opened it and put 50 gms in a polytheen cover which you get in shops and got it home.I have a pic of it. such insane and inhuman these guys are. they bloody don't deserve to be in this medical field. till now they did not take any action and still she is eating for second sample to be taken. after assurance that a new well experienced person will come for second collection, now once again the same person has come back to collect second Sample. they have no clue of what's happening. I very much doubt the authenticity of these people lab reports. the website pamphlets are just hype. your life is in danger. whatever 4 point score they have got here is from their own employees who posted fabricated feedback.

Customer service nd pharmacy services need to improve a lot..Takes a lot of time to get connected to pharmacy or we are told that we will get a call back in 1hour which extends to even a full day

Fraud app. They advertise discounted rates for diagnostic tests. However no discount available! Search for diagnostic labs around my Noida residence yields no results even after non-stop search! Deleting this useless app.

Most useless app. I registeres twice on this and activated my user. None of the times i am able to log in. For both newly created and existing account, it shows as wrong user name and password. I tried for half an hour last night and finally walked into a near by diagnostic center.

Useless organization....Know perfectly how to bluff people...Don't even care if person needs any help in emergency....I needed my painkillers in urgent....I waited for 3 days....But still didn't get them.....I was restricted to bed for a day.....Don't believe these fake people

Useless app .. seems developers have forgot to Do basic login testing.. username is MRN but validation added is email's one .. mindless ..

App is very consistent at failing , when I try to login it says wrong combination , with same id if I try forget password it says invalid id , with same id if I try to register it says duplicate id .Don't know what I am missing

Did not receive call to confirm number, medicine cannot be ordered. Useless app, call will get disconnected.Wait forever for medicines.Uninstalling now

What a feedback...after a flyer in newspaper I decided to Dow load the app and want to some blood test. But after reading feedback I decided to uninstall this. I don't want to go with such a bulshit company. Advice : improve your quality.
