Really simple to use. Easy to find a few moments in the day to use this app. Great for beginners but also those who need something quick during a busy day.
This app is appropriate for those new to mindfulness and those with an established practice. It is simple but elegant and incorporates touchscreen technology in a way that is useful rather than distracting. The app doesn't log or 'reward' you for a certain number of consecutive days or minutes. All that matters is the moment you are in right now.
I have struggled with practicing mindfulness throughout my day and this app is easy to use and thorough. Love having it on my home screen to use as needed!

Straightforward in its approach, this app keeps my anxious mind from wandering away from focusing on the prompts. The background is simple and the font is legible without distracting images or sounds. I like that I can rest my eyes during the 15-second exercises, then come back when I feel the gentle vibration on my thumb. This app is perfect for my commute to work on the train.
Sometimes, you just need to step back and take a deep breath....or twenty deep breathes. I love that there is no background music with this app. I can use it whenever and wherever I need it. If you are a parent, a teacher or if you work with people who frustrate you constantly then you need this app. You can use it at home when your toddler is having a meltdown, at school when the noise is giving you a tension headache and at work after getting out of another pointless and ineffective meeting.
