About MaRRS Spelling Bee
MaRRS SPELLING BEE APP is a mobile app launched by MaRRS Intellectual Services Pvt Ltd., the organiser of the world’s largest spelling bee competition, the MaRRS International Spelling Bee. The highlight of this app is that it is meant not only for the contestants of MISB, but also for anyone who likes to hone their English language skills. Using this app, students can practise the tests in both online and offline modes.
After installing the app, students have to first register their details. Then they will get their username and password via their email. Using their email-id and password, students can login at any time and practise the tests. The practice material is for classes 1 to 12 and they are grouped into 6 categories. After logging in, students have to select a category, and then a list of competitions in that category will be shown. Students can select the competition which they want to practice. Then they should select the number of questions and time they need for practicing the test. After each test a comprehensive result will be displayed, which includes the questions, their options, the answers selected by the student and the correct answers. Students can also choose to practise again by changing the number of questions and time. This will help them improve their knowledge, speed and keep them motivated. The students will be logged into the app even if the app is closed until they logout. Thus the students can practise the test in offline mode even if the device is not connected to the network. But, there will be limited number of questions in the offline mode.

While undertaking 'identify the correct spelling', there should be an option available to hear the word and accordingly select the correct spelling. This will reduce dependency of a kid on anyone else and thus will help him solve the question himself. Also, support/contact details should be available somewhere in the app.
