Does not work period❗What did you do or not do. I want a refund❗Worked the first time, barely the next and now zero!!!

Do not waste your money on this scanner! Does not work with Windows. Can't save to external memory. drops connections in Andriod. Will not even make a good boat anchor. Can not connect with USB, save to folders you name. Stay clear, if you bought it return it now befor it is to late.

I love this machine for those who find it not able to do pdf I wonder if you set your android phone to pdf reading if it will then Allow you to email and pdf

Very disapointed with this product . I need to disconnect from my wifi and connect to it every scan . It cant connect to a home wifi network . Nore can it just simply acan to a shared network folder . Good HW but very bad application and SW

I have the "ION Air Copy Wireless Photo and Document Scanner with Built-In WiFi" and use this app. The app hides its scans fro you, and does not allow you to make multi-page scans (ie: you have to scan each side/page of a document separately as a separate file - good luck finding them and re-merging them!)

It worked great until the latest lollipop update. I have waited for an update but so far nothing. Also it can't scan to PDF.

1. Definitely needs multi-page capability to make it useful. 2. Need ability to save to pdf format for security and sharing.

It only will scan to picture file. It doesn't allow it to be emailed. It doesn't allow it to be connected via Bluetooth as I was told when product was purchased. The main benifit,is it can scan in the dark! It will not allow changing it to a pdf. And it don't seem to allow tagging with file name. It's not much more than a picture scan program it doesn't allow filing in folders. Or more than one scan at a time. Each picture or page has to be scanned separate. Thereby increasing the effort to email picture. WHEN WILL THIS BE ABLE TO SAVE TO SD MEMORY CARD? I DON'T RECOMEND THIS SCANNER, UNTILL ISSUES ARE FIXED! CAN'T INSERT IT IN DOCUMENTS FROM PROGRAM. THIS WAS A disappointment

Doesn't do wifi direct! Fails to convey to pdf also fails to insert to documents this program should support insert to documents! Fails in my ratings. Needs second layer to do picture to pdf and document import to pdf document

Wont save to sd card. Download mustek iscan air instead. It will save to sd card.

It generally works pretty well. I just recently started getting an "Access Denied" error when I try to scan. I need to turn cell data off to get it to work when this happens.

This little scanner has worked great for me and the app is easy enough to use. Definitely works great for when I don't feel like messing with our big scanner.

Handled everything I needed and more. Works really good.sometimes the app force closes when I try and copy to memory card.

Can someone help?

Won't allow me to save it to my sd card.. Installed software on my Windows 7 PC. Software could be better like being able to just use the Enter key instead of having to move the mouse and click the scan and save buttons. But otherwise works well

Love this scanner, but software lacks options to save to pdf on mobile and no multi page option on all platforms, very essential options, add these 5 stars.

Would like better support

not happy @ all my devices are not linking & can not get the app to download to my cell or my computer- unable to use the device now for weeks

App is easy to set-up with the unit and so easy to use!! Very convenient app instead of having to email me a scanned document from my computer and saving it to me phone! No problems so far scanning documents to my Note3!

Business on the go aith the ION scanner!

A very versatile unit that performs above and beyond. Good reach and speed, clarity with precision. Worth it. (obviously I'm talking about the physical product not app)
