Can I get any customer service whatsoever. this app doesn't do a single thing it says it does. just wasted a bunch of money on a camera that I can't even use half the functions. it would be nice to have some customer service and feedback and hell I don't know maybe an update for this app that actually makes it work.

I had to upgrade firmware before the app would connect to the camera. Once I was able to connect from my Pixel 1 XL, no video stream/live view... the snapcam will take pictures and video, but no ability to use the app to control start/stop, etc. Disappointing... must update this app ... it hasn't been updated since 2015!!

Garbage. Wasted 3 hours trying to get it to work. What a disappointment! I would give it zero stars if I could. Thieving company.

I hate myself that I brought it, even at a 50% discount. Good concept, bad product.

Terrible does nothing

This is the worst product and App I have ever had! I got the camera a few weeks ago and went to the website to get firmware and a full manual and guess what? There is no firmware or manuals or anything!!! I tried to get it to sync with the App and the WIFI does not connect so the App is useless! Their product is obsolete and this App is useless.

Worst camera in my collection..worst app ever..does not do anything it's advertised for...now it won't even turn on and usb to pc sucks..

Good concept, but poor execution. The app is almost as bad as the hardware. After 50 attempts to connect android to camera it finally did. But upon backing out of app it lost its connection and wanted to reconnect. It wouldn't. So, I charged the vaporware overnight. I found the device almost too hot to touch when I went to try and use it again. I believe the battery is cooked and now until I swap the battery the thing is a paper weight. Good job selling utter garbage to consumers. I will buy nothing more.

Waste of money app does not work so pictures cannot be viewed and live stream doesn't work. Also serious grammatical error in on of the pop up messages so it doesn't make sense. Will be returning camera asap.

This program does not work. I have not had one connection to my device from this app. Its trying to use WiFi and Bluetooth at the same time. When and if the Bluetooth does connect the app buttons do absolutely nothing.

I had trouble connecting but what they don't tell you is that you need to pick the WiFi for the camera. GoPros work the same way. Once I disconnected from my wifi I was able to connect to the cameras'. I would say the delay time from the stream is much quicker than the GoPro but that might be because the video quality is lower. Slowly liking this product more, was apprehensive from the reviews here. I would suggest fixing the on-boarding for new users. The app works but instructions are buried.

I don't feel comfortable selling this to customers with the app in its current state. Disconnecting from WiFi to connect to this is a horrible practice. The hardware seems fine, but I cannot easily use the app or browse the files. There is a lot that needs improvement. Some quick tips and better navigation and UI go a long way. But right now? I wouldn't recommend it.

I have the SnapCam app installed on my phone and the SnapCam connected to the app ... but I don't see any time lapse option in the app even though I have updated to the latest firmware for the camera. Have any other users been able to get the time lapse option to work? Photo and video quality is good but the app needs much more work. Ion, these software issues have been worked out before releasing the hardware. Ion also does not appear to answer e-mail questions .. so it is best to call. Image quality gets 3 *** but the app gets 1*.

Just got it not to long ago and it didnt work. Found out had to do the update and it runs smoothly

Before the update, the phone cannot even connect to the camera. After the firmware update, the phone can access the folder, but still cannot see the pictures. Moreover, it does not allow us to download the files and share them. Basically, you have to access all the files via a PC, which defeats the purpose of this device.

Are you serious?? This is the product you gave to the world? You should be ashamed to call yourself a camera company. I got this camera and it's HORRIBLE. The app doesn't connect to the unit and when I plug it into my computer to see the playback it's all pixelated. Installed the firmware and guess what? Now it won't turn on. That is the first and last $200 you will ever get from me. I'll be sure to tell every customer exactly how bad your product is.

Sometimes when you touch a wooden surface while singing and the moon is aligned with the stars this app might work. Or not.
