1. Can't register complaint on app as when you press submit it just gives gibberish code and no complaint gets lodged. 2. Defeating the purpose of app, the plans are outdated and are costly on app.. i.e. on app you will not be stopped to choose or pay for a plan which is now costly and outdated. 3. The internet itself is irregular and extremely slow. Can you imagine - I have plan of 50MBPS and the speed feels like 2-4MBPS. On a plan of 2-4MBPS it's simply pathetic. DO NOT TAKE THIS ISP. INSTEAD SETTLE FOR VODA/AIRTEL/JIO MYFI TYPES.
They should shut down business if they are not able to manage customer service. Started new connection 15 days before and within 15 days twice I faced no connection and almost 5 to 6 days wasted. Not recommend to go for this better go for another provider. Worst service ever seen and experience or rather still experiencing
The new update does not allow me to pay through the apps, it shows an error subscriber not found also the Home screen is blank without any plan details.
This App is useless. Not showing the subscriber details. Following up witj customer care for last 3 months but till today have not provided any resolution.
So much for an "online complain" application. I have sent at least 10 chat requests and there was no reply to any of it. Even the service provided by I-on is bad, I am getting a download speed of 50Kbps on a plan of 5Mbps and they say that it depends on the site
Do not ever buy ion internet service. Pathetic customer care, technicians, area manager. They don't care at all about providing good uninterrupted services to user. Everytime they say we are looking in to issue and technician will resolve this issue. All the time they will mention you about cable issue, router issue, etc.. All lie and you have to suffer at the end. So please dont go for this dvois ion internet service.
If u put any complaints , their response time is very pathetic. I am a annual member but I am not satisfied at all with their service because they service too slowly...u loose days just by waiting... and they wont even give u back ur lost days of no connection. On the top of it they have installed new device ( not a direct line) which they promise that its better but its even more pathetic. Now i have even more issues...8 points for APP but 0 for service.
The APP is very poorly designed. Most of the features are not active. In spite of informing the same to customer service nothing has been done so far. Looks like nobody is interested at all in improving the APP.
App really needs to upgrade the payment gateway.. really slow. In every renewal done by online payment.. i always had to enter my card details at least 5 times.. after which i am able to get through the renewal procedure.
Worst Internet you can have..... Very poor customer care n service.... Complain is always close without visiting house... Neither customer care nor engineers care about providing services...... Better look out for some other good net in your area....
Connection drop occours frequently. Once I didn't had connection for more than a week.. I called them every day about it.. After that I had to go their office, wait for hours to get it fixed... The worst part is the customer care.. They literally don't care about the customers. Don't take ion connection.. You will hate your life
Pathetic service. Palace fiber city was over taken by Ion, in mysore and since then all is hunky dowry. The internet is down for atleast 3 days in a week. Customer care executives have very little technical knowledge and they say they will talk to the engineer, but you will just have to wait the whole day. They are very prompt in reminding you to renew the account by paying monthly balance but not resolving the issue of the customer.
Payment renewal or choice of new plan is very easy and Hassel free, menu and descriptions are very clear to understand. Call center has no technical expertise for every issue they will send someone. It's better to get the mobile of the service engineer in your area as his response is far better then the call center ( during usual working works )
I have been contacting your Customer Service Representative Since today morning 9:30 AM, regarding the renewal of the plan,as the current plan which i was using was discontinued. When i called CSR's and ask for alternative plans they simply send a link which have juss the plan name, without any features. When i ask for the features of the plans they simply say that they doesn't know. Thanks to the such a dumb CSR's who doesn't even know the features of the plans. Such a f** service.
My user ID is ION_08607. Since 21 Oct 2016, there was no internet connection, I called them, they send a technician who couldn't fix it. He said he will fix it up by next day morning ...he didn't come. Since then I have called 5-6 times to the customer care service, everytime I call they say they will send a technician within one hour....but so far no one has come. I work from home, and u people wasted my entire weekend . Disgusting !!;
I'll discuss the app only, not the internet services. 1) chat option does work. 2) the homepage shows outdated record e.g. today is 15-01-2017, still d app shows expiry date as 20-10-2016. Even though i have done the payment and even the net is working. 3) create a new plan doesn't work. 4) self resolution is a joke. This app should be updated with a lots of fixes
Miserable service. Called them over 13 times in about 35 hours. Despite an advance payment, repeated requests and calls, and with the office on the opposite road, they still haven't fixed the issue. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend ion service. Or atleast definitely not in Bangalore.
Technician couldn't find faults for 15 days!!. Not gave any type of compensation. App is useless. Their Email and customer care number are also useless. I asked customer care and emailed for several times to either solve my problem or give no .of higher authority but vain. Don't give nos. Executives r not attending calls. Keep problems pending. I have written proof. For renewal receiving reminder but for repair / service no feedback. My Airtel mobile 2G speed/service is far better than i-on broadband.

Dvois ssv customer care needs to b trained properly n technical services need to be improved. For when u promise 70 Mbps speed n don't deliver even 1/10th of it. N when u have so many glitches in server m sorry to say ur survival is in danger
I am very much disappointed with your services. Initially I got 2 Mbps plan which was very bad and upgraded to 4 Mbps which is again horrible. Customer services are very bad. Not at all responding to the complaints in time. Even after 50 complaints in 2 months, no representative has ever visited. Finally decided to change the network. Kopekhairane
Delay of payment,can make ur life hell. It took them four days to resolve the problem. And it is of no use calling the call Centre number no as there is no response. And also no use of calling area manager he is least bothered n don't even answer ur call.
i am using i-on wifi connection, its the worst wifi network i have ever seen, no proper services are provided, executives on help line just say they will send help for ur problems shortly, and even after waiting for a whole long day u get nothing but just a NO WORKING NETWORK. I seriously would recommend u not to use i-on network, because it has many f*cking issues...
What's The Use of An Online Complaint App, When You Are Offline ? Service Has Been Degrading Since The Past Few Months. Immediate Action Should Be Taken, as We Are Your Regular Customers since 2010. And Go for Annual Packages. Please look into This Matter. Or You Would Lose Many More Other Customers.
I gave one star just to register my disappointment. This app is so bad that I would rate it minus five stars. Let's begin. 1. 9 out of 10 times it does not work. 2. Create a plan does not work. 3. Service request does not work. 4. Customer chat does not work. 5. Alerts don't show up. 6. Payment history doesn't show up. The list goes on. My advice: Fire the guy who coded this app. Tear the app down. Rebuild from scratch.
Very poor service, poor customer care. They will call before time for renewal but you wouldn't be able to contact them when internet is down. And you will face downtime very frequently. Pay more but take some other connection.
Ridiculous. No Internet connection from last 4 days. After complaining they are still saying you have to bear it for next 8 days. If this is going to happen why the hell we should pay??? Worst service providers ever. If you don't know how to serve properly why are you here in the service industry????
These people are the most irritating fellows in life, don't know how to mange but then also they want to do it for name sake. They give the access to their customers at very basic level can't even download an app in play store.
Bullshit. Very bad service. I have wifi at home. Speed 2 mbps but it shows 1.70 mbps or approx to that. Maximum time service down. No contact number of the mek company office mumbra. They don't even inform anything. It's better to stop your service and take another provider. You need us. We don't need you. Think and try to improve. And i can't even login to my ion account. I have to check my expire date.
Worst service in Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai. I booked payment pick up request thrice. Nobody come to collect. These people do not entertain service requests. When there was no connectivity, I put service request. Nobody entertained. Call to Customer care number is not received even after calling many times. Number of customer care is not connected after 6 pm. Not recommended to anybody. Try some other service provider.
If there was an option for NEGATIVE rating, I'd have considered that as generous. TWELVE days, it has been since I am complaining for no Internet connectivity and no action, NO FU**ING ACTION has been taken. Customer care executives are even pathetic. Please don't go for this one. After raising enough complaints and getting no resolution, I have decided to change the ISP to a reliable one.
The plans shared in the app are outdated, as confirmed by Amol from iON himself. I have been paying more than I'm supposed to for last 5 month's. On asking the reason, I was informed that I should have visited branch to check on new plans. If that's the case, then why on earth do you have this ridiculous app????
Thieves. Third class service. And on top of that these people steal your money. Thank god I lost only 1550. I was thinking of goint for yearly package. Would have lost like few thousands then. Use on your own risk. Edit- I have been told today that I will get a refund in fifteen days. Lets see.
Nothing could be worst than this. I mean seriously, they even don't care about anything. Not about customers neither about services. It's just the waste of time time and patience as non of this will make them affect. They must shut down their all of 'so called' services and go to home as of now they are not doing anything different
The worst customer services.... I have ever came across..... Executive dont know how to speak to customers... No soft / hard copy of bills provided for reimbursement... No proper response on complaints... Closing the tickets without feedback, but says ticket closed by customer feedback...
This ion does not give service if one day it works then next day it won't be working.. this is the worst service of wifi I have ever seen till now....don't use ion please.
Not useful. Five networks please comeback in Dombivli. Users will give you all charges. Worst I on . There is no competition so bad service.
Very unprofessional attitude of customer service desk. You can't connect to them either via call or chat at any time in a day.. Take lot of time in resolving the issue..better to avoid them.
Decent enough to keep track of account information and renewal and complaint booking. Any connectivity issue was resolved within a day, when I complained via the app. Hardly face connectivity issue.

pathetic app...pathetic service. .app is not working ...not able to activate plans after expiry ...last time I payed offline...now I wont...work on it...or u will lose some potent customers...I am gonna switch...and also saying buyers dont purchase the plans offline ...and switch to others who provides online payment and co operate with mr narendra modi...jai hind
