Isle of Man TT

I cannot make the TT this year, this was my lifeline fix. No racing updates since practice started. More info on Twitter. Can you please bring this app up to date, the people who use it don't just have a passing interest it's really important stuff. UPDATED review. It still does not update, keeps saying no network available. Can you please fix this guys.

What is going on with this app?!? I have a good signal and my phone is streaming fine with everything else but this app claims I have no Internet connection! There is something seriously wrong with this app that needs fixing, I've wasted my money on the video pass, this is an outrage I want my money back. Or just bloody fix the app.

I'm sorry you seem to have got all the marketing right and lost the plot with the app. If you're going offer an app then please offer a better one. I'd say it's probz worse than last year. Speak to the people who produced the Donnington app. You should really take this off the store.

I get a "No connection, please try again" error. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S5 connected to wireless internet. All other websites and apps are working perfectly. I've tried the app on my mobile network and various internet connections and the message persists. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no improvement. White screen. No content. I CAN hear Manx radio, but that is all. Was going to buy the in-app videos, but I don't expect those videos to show up either. Please fix it TT!

Disappointing! It says it can't find a connection although I have very good WiFi, then it plays the same few minutes of commentary over and over again. No live timing. Has the potential to be so good. Please sort it out.

This app is shocking, keeps saying I have no connection. Unable to listen to the commentary, see the schedule, and see any timings. If I remember correctly I had issues last year too. Should have kept the manx radio tt app, at least we had something then

Used this app last year and it was rubbish. Radio never worked correctly. Thought id try it out this year and its even worse. No network connection. Ive downloaded manx radio app to see if thats any better. As for this app its getting deleted.

The App Information within PLAY says this is for IoMTT2016, but clearly doesn't work in 2017. Why the hell wouldn't you validate it for this year, and how about doing it BEFORE IoMTT2017??? Total fail in execution, considering how slick the rest of IoMTT organisation/marketing has become. The developer has an IoM address listed, maybe someone can pop round, and check their not in a MountianDew/Dominos food-coma????

Trash no connection what a joke. Get your game together and give us something that works. Or a live stream it's bloody 2017 I would even pay for that $h%t

Didn't work properly in 2016 (radio on loop) and is even worse in 2017-keeps saying it cannot connect to internet. Shame as it looks polished and professional but is a real let down. Do it properly or remove it.

I keeps saying no Internet connection on wifi and 4g. I've used this app before with no issues but recently won't work at all. Samsung s6 edge

App does not work, keeps saying no connection when I have, have tried uninstall and reinstall but still doesn't work. It only needs to work for 2 weeks of the year, get your act together.

Wanted it to watch updates only thing that works is the radio bit rest just days no network coverage however the radio works? I've tried it connected to works and home Wi-Fi as well as my mobile data and nothing but as above

A complete embarrassment! If the developers still have this app active then they need shooting. Worked poorly last year & not at all this year. Disgrace

Total shoite. Gotta go to a wedding in Majorca. Bought a video pass before it said no internet connection . This TT will be a right load of Balearics

I used this app in 2016 and it was great for regular updates. Unfortunately despite installing and re-installing this several times for 2017, all I get is a message saying there is no network/internet connection...there must be otherwise I wouldn't have been able to install the app. Please fix this as not being able to be in the IOM is nad enough, let alone not being able to get theupdates!!

This app has been brilliant for the past few years, but this year I cannot get any form of connection. No live timing, no updates, even no access to the TT merchandise website. I was considering paying for the video content this year, but I won't be wasting money on an app that doesn't work.

Just doesn't work, complains of no network connection. Have tried different sims, Wi-Fi etc. Other apps working quite happily on network.

I like the app features, design and usability of the app HOWEVER furious about the fact I paid for the video pass to watch the TT live and am still yet to see a flaming video..!!!! Where is your sustainabilty and maintennance team IOM Gov?? Since purchase of the video pass in the week leading up to the 2017 TT, I wasnt able to connect to any of the services within the app. "No Connectivity". Was relying on this video pass to stay across the action but have missed out this year entirely. Even more frustrating, I emailed the 'developers' (which seems to be an Isle of man council/gov email address) seeking a refund and have had no reply. If the video services had worked, it would have been a 5 star review. Instead, I spent money on something I never received. Daylight robbery.

Waste of space! Constantly says no network connection even though I'm connected to either WiFi or a good strong mobile internet connection. Radio player only plays for a short time then stops. When you start it again it plays the same part over again. Overall it's completely useless.

Utter garbage, the old app was great. Did what you wanted when you needed it. This new version all I get is "No network connection" . I'm connected to a good WiFi signal and the radio streams from the app but I can't access any of the menu options such as the live timings etc. Forgot to mention that even though the radio does stream from the app it closes down every 20 minutes so you have to go in and restart it. Fix it or bring back the old (and far superior) version and I'll happily give it a far better rating but until then this is the only 5 I can give it ????????????????????

Keeps telling me no internet connection, was working then a week out from TT stopped altogether. Bummed out big time.

The app constantly reports no network connection so is effectivelly useless. Only thing that works is the radio feed which sugests i actually do have a network connection. As a result even the paid for addons do not work.

This was a great app last year. Now it keeps saying no network. With the amount of money monster energy have you think they would sort it out. Sort it out please.

App doesn't work at all. Says no network connection. Even when connected to Wi-Fi at home it doesn't work. Is this because I am from Australia?

Piss poor! Even purchased the video option but it just doesn't work...keeps saying "No network connection" but it is connected as I'm able to see the items in the store. Don't bother with this one! More info available on social networks.

I'm sorry to say all I get is a message saying "no connection please try again". It doesn't make any difference whether it's wi-fi or 4g. The radio icon works but seems to be on a loop (Band on the run! - Wings)... It's just occurred to me that the other features may be defunct as the promo only mentions IOM TT 2016. I suggest you don't waste your hard earned cash buying the video pass. Although The functionality to take your money works fine you won't be able to see any footage.. Don't waste your time.

Radio keeps repeating the same coverage. The only way to get it to work is uninstall app then reinstall and try radio again.....frustrating. Plus where are the updates my app is showing latest update from 31 may and it's now the 2 June....more frustration. Please put it right.

When I turn the radio on it takes at least a minute to start. Its even started after i gave up waiting and I get no live timings. It was fine last year. What's wrong with it this year?

Live timings constantly slow up or stop totally, and radio player is crap. Good job I've got Manx radio app! Get it right next year please

Its now Wednesday of race week. Commentary constantly cuts out even on home wifi and then rewinds itself to where i started to listen. Ground hog day. Tuned in now to comentary via Tunein radio app, hasn't cut out once.

Last year when I used this app I thought when the radio commentary went into a loop and I missed the end of the race it was because I was in the car and not using Wi-Fi. However, on Saturday I was listening to the supersport on my Wi-Fi connection and the radio kept cutting out and then when it reconnected it just kept going in the same loop. Even ending and restarting the app didn't solve the issue. The schedule dates and times are up the wall with incorrect dates. It's just not worth risking it.

Used it last year and it was great. Can't refresh news (Tuesday 31st at 23.05 ) was last article. Radio stops and when I turn off and back on it goes back to the start of session... please fix
