Conjure - Search & Launch

the widget user interface is a bit odd. It's a bit eye catchy in nature. .. I have used other apps like searchbar ex. It's very minimalistic but lack contacts search. . they also offer options to alter the display of the widget. . . Can u also provide such options to alter display. . Excluding that display issues.. The app is really good. . And hope u consider this. ☺ thank you.

Excellent app. The search is fast and customizable. Truly has the potential to be Spotlight for Android. Its the minor things that need improvements though.. 1. Please improve the appearance of the searchbar widget. Looks 5 years old. 2. When the app launches, the keyboard should launch by default. 3. Search results start at bottom instead of the top - Easier to access the top results. 4. Transparent app background? Not sure if its possible. Thanks again for this app.

Please add search in applications (for exemple: browser bookmarks, google drive, Dropbox).

Best App for Android! I have been using Palm / HP WebOS before, and they used to have the 'just type' feature that allows you to initiate just about anything by first starting to type the content and then selecting what to do with it - be it call someone, twitter, or else... This comes really close, and it is such a great time saver that you don't have to remember which app to use, just begin to type!

The input box to be just above the keyboard and the suggestions to start from down would make sense - ergonomy, time saving. Pure black would be good instead of dark greysh theme. Settings search. And why is not a home launcher?

Love the app but if you can add a transparent and materialistic theme and update the app with more smoother animations and faster search results,it can be better

Love this launcher on my phone.even though it hasn't been updated in 2 years it is still the best I think.

Can't seem to set it as my home screen though? Would be a lot faster if i could set it as the actual launcher instead of launching a launcher, Lol

Been using conjure since 2013 and it's still my #1 favorite app launcher. Snappy and convenient.

You need to try this, it saves so much time. Should be native app launcher in android.

I've installed this on all new phones and use the large widget.

Great program, fast, works well. Slightly let down by the lack of configuration on the widget (I would prefer a semi-transparent white background). Edit: I now run this program from double tap of my homescreen, and it's sensational.

Huge time saver! Awesome fast and simple! Stop wasting time with icons, folders, and searching through different apps. Get to what you need fast. One of my favorite features is type a name and immediately able to call or text that person with one tap.

I activate it via a custom nav bar button with GravityBox. What's ridiculous is Google Play does not suggest anything anywhere near similar apps to this below. Apps like these are not found easily, however once you do you wonder why you used your device without them.

A swipe down, a few key pokes--and you find what you got, or you can tap an option/action to find what you're looking for.

From apps to contacts to searching the web, gets you to where you are going in the shortest possible time. Improves workflow immeasurably. If you are rooted with xposed I highly recommend combining this with xposed additions. This is a hardware key mapping app. I have long press of S6 back Button set to popup conjure for instant access.

Probably the best productivity app for Android! Needs work though to get close to apps like quicksilver or Alfred (which obviously are the source of inspiration for this app) . I suggest adding features like custom themes and (third party) extensions. Also there should be more settings (e.g. a setting to prioritize actions by hand) One issue I have is that the icons often don't match the actions. Fort example if I want to search something in maps the shown icon is that of my messages app.

Nice, quick, text based launcher. Like using your start button to run stuff.

But lack further customizations. Expended share button with last used shared target app icon, and user specified commands order are my suggestions.

Works as it should quick and effective best one i have used.

Easily search things

That's the only con about this perfect app. The letter 'j' in the 'Conjure' word in the widget is also cropped.

There are three things which I'd love to see added (and I'm happy to pay for a Pro version): 1. Search organization field in Contacts. 2. Search nickname field in Contacts. 3. Transparency/translucency. Overall a really great app, kudos to the developer!

Fast phone search is surprisingly missing on android. This one fixed it.

Conjure is very similar to quicksilver on the Mac and something I use more than any other app on my phone. It's set as my homescreen "swipe up" action. The developer is prompt to listen to suggestions and the new interface is absolutely perfect. Conjour is nearly essential and well worth the price!

I didn't like Google Search because it doesn't open the keyboard when launched. This app does this. Also you can call/SMS a contact directly from the search results. Launches much faster than stock Contacts on my S3. Please add search in applications (for exemple: browser bookmarks, google drive, Dropbox).

Like synapse for Linux. Wish they have a better interface for tablets(less intrusive, non-full-screen). Now even more useful with the Google Now search gesture support :)
