IOB Rewardz

Made several requests and complaints to update details but no luck . Poor customer service.

Used my debit card multiple times for onlime shopping and ticket booking but the reward points are not being updated even after two months..it seems like rectification of the problem is a distant dream here...

How to change user id?? If can't means please include that option ..and some of the recent reward points are note updated...lot of people says the same thing..frst try to.over come that..

Very poor banking body ,poor response for the customer .complained 15 months ago still no response.even my card is not being registered

I changed my registered mobile already in bank . But while sign up it sends otp to my old mobile number.. unable to sign in..

The reward points are not working in all the times .I used many online transisons but no more points credited.for first time usage it seems good ,but later no use

Similar to SBI Rewards App. I get more points when i used IOB Card as compared to SBI card . BUT Customer Service need to improved to solved customer complaints to retain and increase our customer base

I redeemed some points worth 800rs.. Neither they added to my tata sky nor they came back...

I redeemed some points worth Rs. 800 approx. They sent me the item which is very cheap. The same item costs rs. 300-400 in market.

Worst app. Can't sign up. Helpline is worst helpless. Close account with this bank

It was a usefull app.I used it for few months and redeemed some points.But now it can't open for past one month,shows a huge error message

I am recharge with this app went wrong plan plans are not updated app shows wrong planswho is responsible for my money

Nice app, should automatically show all the debit cards and their respective points of the registered customer along with the total accumulated points of the cards.

Very worst app and whenever we want to redeem, this app won't work properly....
