Invoice ASAP for QuickBooks

Works great on all of my Apple Products. Takes 5-10 mins to refresh on my Note 5 and Note 7. Very annoying.

I think it's really really easy to use, fast and simple. However it needs some improvement in functionality. There is no way to mark payments from electronic email transfers which is pretty standard stuff these days and my company accepts half the payments this way. So I have to mark it as a Draft and make notes that it was an EFT. I've complained to them directly about this but no fix yet. Secondly there needs to be a way to convert estimates into invoices. What good is it if you have to make it all over again!! There is a bug where you send the estimate by email and the pre-loaded email wording says your "invoice" is attached, not "Estimate". Should be able to edit payment dates, check numbers etc without deleting the payment and starting over again. Lastly, would be best to see the invoices embedded in the email like quickbooks and freshbooks instead of an archaic link. I know this sounds like a lot but again the positives keep me using it and I'm just hoping they continue to expand it's functionality. P.S. Would love to see an accounts payable feature to track invoices received, paid etc.

This app is easy and versatile. If you business is mobile, so should your billing system. Easily creating invoices on the spot for easy tracking and accountability. Highly recommended!!!!!!

For invoice and estimates this people knows what they're doing I recommend this app yo any kind of business

i like this app, but when I use it on my phone when I get a call, I have to start all over, drive me crazy...that need to be fix,,,

Been using the app for about two months now in conjunction with Quickbooks and we LOVE it! It's fast and allows us to handle invoicing on the spot with our customers.

It works on my Android with no problem. Can't live without it!!!

Excellent tool for a small business. I've used this app for over three years. Customer service was always fast to correct what very few problems I had. Very easy, common sense instructions. (Unlike QB Pro) I highly recommend this App for a new small business. Less than half the cost of others and just as good.

I've been using this for a couple of years now and this app and the online version have really helped us out. It saves a lot of time and the features on it are nice too. Customers like the fact they can pay using multiple ways, PayPal, an electronic check, or a debit/credit card. I have no issues way so ever with this system. LOVE IT!

App does not update invoices. Bad customer service (you have to schedule an appointment to solve a problem 1-2 weeks later). Invoice and estimate are easy to use.

I decided to sign up for the free trial and of course it is not free , I had to put my credit card in, then they allowed me 30 day free trial and I chose not to go with it as it was difficult to modify certain things difficult to you so once I cancelled my free / prepaid subscription. I never received the confirmation that it was cancelled and I'm also trying to uninstall sync manager from my desktop it and won't allow me to uninstall. So beware because it will latch onto your computer and not allow you to uninstall

Great app for my Commercial and Residential Carpet Cleaning, Housekeeping, and Janitorial business. I will without a doubt give it a 5 star once the promised addition is added in January 2016. I was told that the feature for showing EMAILED would be added in the same manner as recognizing that an invoice has been PAID, can't wait for this!!!

Its a good app , please add space for company registration numbers or also for vat registration no. Can be good if can add a logo on the free app. Otherwise its great

Rubbish app pushy salespeople who harass u to point of madness then block access even though u tell them u won't use it. Dont know when to leave u alone I'd avoid using this software unless u enjoy being harassed constantly

Not listening to the customer for needed functions like customer credits or refunds or add built-in credit card percentage rates. What about recurring payments?

Update changed layout of my invoice and estimate. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer support to correct this and no response! Very disappointed and thinking about cancelling subscription after years of good use.

It works great and easy to use....the only thing is not able to create credits/refunds back to customers. Otherwise works great for my distribution company and quickbooks PC.

This app has made estimating,invoicing and tracking so simple. A must have for any business in need if this type of needed service. Customers are impressed!

Is it possible to send customer with monthly statements and credit notes??? I don't see an option to run this.

This is the best app if you use Quickbooks desktop for most of your accounting but also need access to the customer list on the road. They seem to add features every few months which is great. I wish it pulled the Estimates you made on desktop into the app so you could see them when on the road. Also adding images to estimates would be a nice add.

Works great on my ipad but on my phone its an absolute mess. Doesnt function properly and is definitely not user friendly. Worst of all my invoices dont match up from my ipad to my phone and the android version shows incorrect data which makes it useless when needing details or reference. Only reason I'm not getting rid of it is because ive been using it too long and itll will be hard to swap all my data over. However im paying $6 a month for this so I'm strongly weighing it up.

A couple of weeks ago the connector for the desktop stopped working. It won't even start, tried to reinstall, purchased the latest QB pro and nothing.

Best app I've used so far for invoices
