The worst app I have ever seen.they will always send you text that you've been awarded 300/_ or 100/_ shillings since someone you invited has fully paid his loan. Where do the cash go to this stealing en taking advantage of people en also they take long time to enable you qualify for loan.I rather use branch than this useless app that is wasting my phone space

It's almost 7months now I keep on updating the app everytime and the app Iko kwa phone but till now sijakuwa approved and sijaambiwa reason ya kutokuwa approved. Kindly tell me if I will never be approved so that I can delete the app from my phone completely

Why do you reduce the amount of loan that I qualify to get after i stay for a long time without taking it...?!?! I don't quite understand this.

Revise the rates 10%to match competitors like...and u will receive more customers otherwise even some might leave for good rates. Do your research to verify this. Kind regards
