Handyman Calculator

It is a good app. But Samsung keyboard had issues when adding values, it wouldn't allow to use decimal points so I had to change to google keyboard to fix that. The free app sucks since u can't save or blow up the cut list and I won't pay 5$, for the pro version since there are free calculators on the internet that do more for free.

This is a nifty tool for anybody. Would be nice if there were instructions on how to use the various calculators. Some are difficult to figure out. Additionally, the Cut List Calculator does not tell you if you do not have enough lumber for your cut list. Found that out the hard way!

Love being able to have a tool on hand for those times when a quick conversion or calculation of a particular measurement is needed. I use this app almost daily in my custom shop, so much so, that it's now hard to see a time when I wouldn't want or need it.

With all the different calculations available its hard to think about using anything else. One suggestion regarding the "Time Tracking Tool" would be an effort function and being able to manual add time in and time out. When you do it now you can enter time in, but time out doesn't work till well.

I've been using the paid version for almost a year and a half now and I love it!! It's my main go to calculator for just about everything. Update: Been over a year now and can't express enough how GREAT THIS APP IS!!!

The first add that came up on the app was a soft porn image of a lady face down titled Funny. Not funny. I immediately uninstalled the app. I've made it this far without it and I'll be fine continuing without it.

Cut list: You must manually convert inches to feet w/decimals & enter each cut, battling an illegible format and...what? Start over when it's all wiped out... IF you calculated correctly, AND you get a solution for the number of boards needed, AND if you can decipher the formatting, you must count the number of boards pictured. No total number given. YOU MUST COUNT THE PICTURES! TIME CONSUMING/ ZERO SOLUTION. Endorsed by This Old House? Shameful

I like the time tracking tool and the calculators for paint railings etc. I haven’t used a lot of the things the app has to offer yet, so i didn't give it a 5, but i may change that later as i have time to explore the app more

Damn near the perfect all in one app for the Jack of all trades. The only thing it is missing is something to use the phone camera as a measuring device. Other than that u should be able to tackle any kind of project with confidence.

I use this app mostly for the time tracking tool and for the metric to imperial measurement conversion. It is extremely useful to me. The time tracking tool lets me keep track of multiple jobs and tasks and it's as easy as punching a time card. I love this app and highly recommend it!

It has everything. Even stuff I didn't know I wanted. And it takes up way less space then other apps with 1/4 of the things this one has

This app has it all. It has calculators that I didn't even know existed that I will probably need one day. Every home owner/ diyer / handyman NEEDS this app

Very simple and very handy. Could use some buttons to easily convert your answer from feet to inches but most expensive apps don't even do that. I really enjoy this one for the simplicity if it.

Fantastic app. I'll be purchasing asap. Wish it had a layout calculator/designer, but I imagine that would be way to complicated. Thanks for the comprehensive app!

I've had this on my phone for a long time and I'm still amazed by the things I find it can do. This is a must have if you are a contractor.

This app is easy to use and very helpful for calculation of stringers. It looks like it has many other great functions. I recommend to anyone looking for an easy to use construction project calculation tool.

Should add in decimal places for the cut list calculator , also make it so you can edit the cut list or stock list, and not clear all data to do so. Than I'd give you more stars!

I use this app about every day. It has about everything I use in this one app. Very handy around the saw mill figuring board footage in a un sawn log. Have since been using this app to figure steel weight.

This app is my best friend, to calculate anything, that will help you estimate job materials and area, to quickly come up with costs of materials of the job. Very handy indeed.

It's a bit clunky. Otherwise it seems to work. Add placement interfere with function alot.

Great app. This is my go to for metric conversions, as well as ohms law, or any other conversion table you might come across.

This is a very helpful app. It calculates most conversions, lengths, areas and volumes. Still trying to find one it doesn't do. no luck yet. Great app!

Nice, but difficulty learning to use. Sometimes layout defies common sense. Like they assume you know how to use it.

A really useful tool. It helps me in spades, because i have no idea how to most of the things i have to do.

Involved with it all from logging and clearing the land laying the water and sewer pipes putting in the roads and building houses and this calculator comes in real Handy . It's the greatest.

This calculator is a must have tool. It has being a great asset on my trade. The only down side is, too many functions and takes a bit of time to browse and find what you are looking for.

Being in the construction industry I'm all the time calculating figures and dimensions. Very handy. Saves time and mistakes.

I use the handyman calculator for everything, there's almost nothing it can't calculate. I've downloaded other construction calculator apps, and this is by far the best one!!

There are so many features and uses for this app in everyday life, I give it high value, and haven't even used 10% of the many uses. I have no issues with the function, clarity, or ease of use.

I use this all the time, whether tiling a floor, ordering gravel for driveway, pouring garage concrete floor, or building a deck. This ap is amazing. Should come on all new phones instead of Facebook.

Has every kind of construction calculation I can think of! Have used it seveal times and like very much. Quick accurate calc without having to do the algebra & trig!

I dont neet all the paper and tape with this ap. This gives the chance to make a detailed account for the projects right in the field. Thanks, good job

I found it to be very helpful in a lot of different ways. I'm a carpenter and hit has helped me out tramendasly a number of times.

Takes alot of headache out of mathmatical calculations in the construction industry. Great for d.i.y also

A very useful tool in not only my work but in many trades, get it done and over with, look no further than this calculator if your concedering another, it not only has what you need for your job but more than you expected.

This app is amazing. I have a lot to do around my fixer upper and it saves my $$$ by mapping out my estimated costs per project!

Has the basics plus that little extra just to make it that much more convenient. Haven't had any bugs or shut downs so that's a plus too
