I can't believe out of all the IR controller apps out there that this one is the only one that worked for what I needed. Very customizable. Learning function is a must and is outstanding in app. It learned a very tricky set of codes for a central air system we installed in our home that came with very annoying remotes. Not only did it learn the tricky codes (which I had to try several times to get to stick) I can set the units to preprogrammed sets from heat on high to cool on quiet. Keep developing!

This app really learns remotes not by codes which is exactly what I needed. If it did codes also it would be five star. (it does have import function but I havnt figured out how to import a code.)

Very customizable remote. It lets me place the buttons where I want to, instead of a predefined layout. I love that I can have it learn the buttons I want and need, and not the extra buttons I don't want. This will be a very useful app, and I'll gladly support the developer as they continue. Although I wish there were more symbols, or a way to import my own symbols for a truly ME experience.

Works for My HTC one

Managed to program almost all of my remote controls except ny aircon! Takes a few attempts to program each button but it's worth it!! This app is sitting on my quick launch bar for sure, thank you for such wonderful prouduct. Makes the HTC one better than it already is.highly recommended.

This is by far the best remote app for htc one, it reminds me of when I had a palm. However there it is a little annoying that there are no macros, or custom images. And when text buttons are near the edge the letters disappear.

It's a wonderful app.... Very easy to use. One problem ... Programming a key is not easy ... Somehow it takes a long time and some times it does not... It took me over 45 minutes to program 4 buttons ... But end result is awesome!

Was unable to use the IR blaster despite the phone having supporting hardware

After programming the 2 buttons allowed on the free version I decided to upgrade since they worked well. After upgrading in app I find that half the buttons I have tried to program say they are learned and are not. Even after multiple tries. Tried to get a refund and can't even find the paid version since I UPGRADED IN app. Waste of a lot of time to see it won't work.

It says you are in demo and can't add more than such buttons.... I don't it see it is good at all. It is not handy and needs too much editing to have a remote....

a must have for HTC One owners running "play edition" roms. very customizable in terms of remote layouts and very easy to program. $5 upgrade is very well worth it.

This app gives you an empty sheet for you to design and program your remote application. It would be a great addition for this app if it were able to program macros and also to include a widget for easy operation of often used remote application. Hopefully the creator could look into these features.

The app learns code from other remotes quite well. My only suggestion would be the lack of themes/custom icons and how the remotes are positioned at the top. The list cannot be reordered and have to swipe through multiple remotes to find the desired remote.

It's the best customizable IR remote on the android market hands down. 4 stars because I wish it was even better then it is. Such as customizable font sizes, colors, and even more icons. Still worth the download and purchase though.

Sorry - doesn't work on Note 3 - started but when I tried to add a button it simply said it was incompatible,

Demo version is too limited. I'd prefer ad-supported unlimited edition instead of buying an app that I won't even use too often.

I like this app, but I'm concerned that I'll be wasting 5 dollars after upgrading. It's an in app purchase. That means if I uninstall the app and reinstall (or if I want l/have to reset my device) , I'll have to spend another 5 dollars to upgrade again. If there is either a way to check for the upgrade, or a separate, full version, then I will certainly spend the 5 dollars. UPDATE: The dev has responded and said the upgrade would be permanent. I'll update later after I found out.

I love this controller. I bought my HTC One primarily for the IR blaster and this app unlocks its true potential. I've never liked the default controller app that ships with this phone; the essential buttons are spread out on different pages in the app and it's also a wide phone, so it's hard to reach some of the buttons sometimes. I've put every essential button on one screen and placed all the high use buttons on the near side of the screen so they're easy to reach. A+ idea.

Unable to run on my HTC One. I tried creating a button and it said my device was unsupported. Could this be because I'm running an AOSP ROM?

Can this work for garage doors?

Only played with the demo but works rather well and only $6 for a upgrade is good
