Works fine on my phone. But not on my tablet
Same problem as many others, haven't been able to connect to reader since last update on Samsung Note 5..

I had square nothing but trouble no contact number, if u have a despute and you win it, square keeps your money about a year..intuit has a 800 number to talk to you personaly if you win a dispute in several days your money is back..i recommend intuit to any business small or big..

My old card reader quit working so I was I requested a New one. They are no longer Free so had to pay $30 for New EMV reader and $30 for shipping .... what a bust at $60 .... but I need it for business. Received New reader and it will not connect or work either. Cannot get any answers, only that I can continue to use service with manual input which charges the higher rate. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. For the amount of money that I charge each month, I think I will try a different service to accept my business.
Though the mobile app itself is easy to use, the integration with QuickBooks is terrible, which eliminates the whole purpose of this app in the first place. QuickBooks, why create your own mobile merchant when it doesn't even integrate with inventory you have in QuickBooks online? When I use the app to make a sale I have no idea what the heck it's even for. It doesn't list the item they purchased in the merchant gateway OR in quickbooks online. This is especially bad when I've sold multiple items in a day. So stupid. Please fix this one thing and your own app would be sufficient for your own software.
Horrible to deal with on merchant end and they held my money for over 4 days! No real explanations why either....just under review! Do not give these people your info please. I'm pretty floored by the service I'm getting and am canceling as soon as I get my money. I'm an independent stylist and I work hard for my money and have rent pulled on a certain day. So if you want them holding your money randomly at any point be my guest. I may need to look into square or chase pay
The card reader does not work with many types of phones or tablets, which makes the very idea of mobile app stupid. The software does not keep record of customer card or e-mail, unless saved on individual device, which is a pain every time. On the back end, customer support resembles that of a phone company from 1960s, been on hold for over 30 min. Lots of bugs and kinks that make this product very inferior to those of competition.
QuickBooks GoPayment app is one great application to use whether you're in business for yourself. In addition to using this particular application you can also use the QuickBooks Self-employed app too. Since they both work well together when conducting business each and everyday of the week! So, if you ain't tried them yet maybe you should you won't regret it I promise.
I have not had any problems other reviewers are describing. I've been using this app for 4 years . I currently use it about once a week. I have never had to use the sales tax feature and have no experience with it. I couldnt keep track of the swipe device and I key in or "scan" with the camera. Always works. Usually takes 3 business days for money to hit my account.
This app was working great until the most recent update to my Samsung phone. Now it won't connect to my $30 card reader. I've tried all the fixes online and still nothing. Very frustrating as I use this every day for my business.
Worked on my S7 in July and August of 16. Samsung updated and never again. Chip reader doesn't work either. Checked after 3/17 update. Nothing. Infuriating!
Horrible people to do business with! after receiving payments from customers. they put the money on hold and told me to send all kinds of stuff in so i could try and get my money from them. Ridiculous! i had to refund the customers and have to go back and try to get my money all over again.
Update. Still doesnt work. Moving to a more reliable merchant processor. Still doesnt work after update on LG g5. Useless now and searching for other options. Works fine on older phones but not the new work phone. Nothing changed in months.
App and website work great and their rates are fair. The only drawback is they hold all of your money over the weekend.
This app's card reader doesn't work with android at all for whatever reason. Have to hand punch everything which comes with extra charges. Worthless...
Complete morons that don't have a clue as to what customer satisfaction is if you want a complete headache this is the app for you. Douche bags
Had a health fair we were going to do. Kept telling me my account couldn't do it. Plugged in PayPal and it worked in less than 15 seconds. So they have my business on probable card readers.
Works when it works on android. Have to uninstall and reinstall sometimes to get it working which is a time consuming hassle when a guest is waiting in front of me.
Great app. Works every time. Easy to use and foolproof. If it can't connect to the card reader, turn your volume down on your phone. Works for me for some reason.

Does not work with Galaxy 8. Called tech support and they told me it was me and didn't have answers for me. Poor support.
I uploaded the latest up date on my cell and I am being told my account has been deleted. On my tablet it was working fine until I updated. No problem however going on the full site. Co's me a lot of money this week end over a half ass update. ... should know better.
