Online Payroll For Employers

This app used to work then stopped. Even on a different/new phone, when trying to access client accounts, I get the message "Your session is no longer active." worthless if I can't get in to the accounts.

Like other reviewers I cannot stay logged in with. Trying to create bonuses for my employees and I get the same error as others telling me the session is no longer valid and to logout/login. Tried that several times.

I have not been able to see my checks. In forever now. If this app doesn't get fixed soon I am deleting this app. It really sucks.????

UPDATE: can no longer sign in as an accountant after Intuit updated to single sign on. Please fix. Original: Needs ability to schedule tax payments and forms, but for running payroll in a pinch this is great.

Just opens a browser for me to view my paycheck.. which i already do in "internet" on my phone. Not really an app at all from what i saw. Just a fancy button to take you directly to website.

First time using app and can't log in without getting a timeout error. Need to approve payroll taxes. Unable to with desktop due to wifi down because of Hurricane Irma.

Keeps giving error session is no longer active after doing uodate. Have to find a McDonalds and use laptop now to pay my employees.

Can't sign in. It keeps saying my session has timed out and to sign in again, even though I just did.

Last "bug fix" ruined the whole thing. Page layout/format now makes it unable to see my paycheck or details. Uninstalling this app.

Can't see my paycheck. There's a loop, that my social security and last paycheck net amount is incorrect. It's not.

Very limited. The new secrurity 3 step verification is annoying.

Could be way better. Wish they allowed you to generate pay stubs on app.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I am an IOP accountant. The sign in page of the app clearly states "IOP Accountants - Sign in here." I could not log in to save my soul -the app would either tell me the login and pw didn't match it's records or that it didn't recognize it at all. I contacted IOP support and was told that, despite the fact that the app has a login page for accountants, it doesn't support accountant login, just employer login. Really? I've had issues with several Intuit products in the last 2 weeks, and this was yet another example of Intuit saying, "yeah, I know it says you can do that, but you can't."

Not useful at all. It just redirects you to the website. I don't see the point in using this app if I could just go in the browser to do the same thing. I am deleting the app to save space

For 5 stars, make a class of users in Inuit that ONLY have access to this app. This will provide a much needed ability to limit a user (s) to only payroll access which intuit online is mysteriously missing. Ability to print would be nice.

Nothing like the online desktop version. Very limited as to what can be done with the app. Waste of time.

Wish there was an app for the employees not just employers to be able to access their paychecks.

For the last few weeks have not been able to log in to view my paycheck, says sorry we are having problems or something like that

Unfortunately, I tried paying my contractor but was not able to because of a pop up stating I already created employee paychecks for the pay period. Was not aware of the limitations or restrictions.

Fix the app.... After I sign in it will not load the new up date sucks

This is only for employers. Would be nice to have an app for employees so that I can view my pay stubs on the go.

Just a link. Not an actual application for viewing your paycheck. It's just an internet link to Google Chrome

I love this app. Makes payroll easy and fast. I've used the service for over 5 years. The app makes doing payroll extremely convenient.

Needs to be a way to change what financial account employees pay comes from. I have employees that I pay from my petty cash instead of paper check and I can't enter their payroll from the app.

Having the flexibility to run payroll from your phone is my favorite feature.

I can't for the life of me get it to let me log into my account on the app but I can log in just fine on the computer

Intuit has ruined this app. What used to take me 10 seconds to do now takes 20 minutes. Every time I go to sign in it makes me confirm my account with an email. How stupid! What a waste of my time. I'm seriously considering cancelling the entire service. I don't even use the computer anymore I only use the app. Now it's worthless.
