Can't add basic Contact/Lead info. Client has to sign up with Intuit for data you requested; Intuit as usual can't remove itself from between you and your client after making the sale. It's a phone app you can't text a request. The status of refund is misleading; there is no tie to the status.. The tablet experience is beyond woeful and useless. You are better off utilizing your browser. Decades behind basic functionality and logical process flow due to the constant search for client handcuffs.

I can't even open the open on my Nexus 7 running stock 4.4.2. Will update rating once it's fixed. Thanks! UPDATE: Even the new 11/22/14 update still won't open at all.
