scammers never get your excess fee back they use scouse scammers carpenter's solicitors to deal with your claims and there only interested in injury not getting your excess fee back beware of this scammy little outfit!

Pointless having an app that doesn't actually work. Response I relieved from Customer Services was "we are aware they are ongoing issues and the technical team are working to repair the problems but no repair date as to when"....this has been the case since last year.

Great app. when I first started using it. For the last month or so I've not been able to log in. I've emailed GA and they acknowledged that they had been having problems with the app. and were trying to put it right. Well, I'm still waiting!!

Was great when i first installed it but now does not work at all. I cant log in to my account, resource not found, what the hell is that coming up every time i want to access my account. This presents a pretty crappy image of a company to the customers, you start to ask yourself if they cant get this right, the only point of account access for a lot of customers just how good are they. ??? No customers = no company.

Why doesn't general accident do anything about this upload problem. Right what we have to do guys is get on the forums the way to get this sorted is do a online review saying about how general accident treat there customers by not responding to us. I'm doing it now if they want to waste my time I'll damage there reputation. They should be ashamed of themselves.4 bloody hours and they don't even respond to there customers. So I'm going to give another 4 hours on all the forums so people avoid this company I suggest you all do the same.

Like many others, I only primarily downloaded this app for the ability to upload 'No Claim Discount' documents, which in just results in an "unexpected server error". Otherwise it's a good app to view and download policy summary and documents. Unfortunately due to the document upload failure (and by the looks of it GA have yet to address this bug) I can only give it a 3-star rating as it is a fairly important function of the program that customer are explicitly directed to use in the "Welcome" email.

Won't upload. It keeps on reporting that there is a validation error and policy number isn't set. It won't tell me how to set it though!

wish you could give it 1 star still can't log in for months now and I still haven't received my excess fee of 300 pounds that I paid out no way of contacting by phone unless it's for a new claim!

With this broken program they are clearly trying to get your money and provide you with no means to send them proof of no claims from your phone.
