Recent update seems to have fixed the bugs and it works well again! Just a shame you can't make changes to your policy via the app and have to login to your account separately

As soon as you try to upload a NCD it crashes

Why does this app need to be able to list the details of all your WiFi connections? Surely all it needs is network access and perhaps storage to save policy documents locally. However all sorts of permissions are needed and the app doesn't appear the manageable apps list - so none can be manually revoked. Along with the other reviews about poor functionality it seems like one to avoid

This app is severely outdated design wise & contains bugs. Please update the app so that we can view our policy details without errors. Take a look at Google's Material Design language to give the app the visual refresh it needs. I've just taken a policy out and downloaded this app. Not very impressed with the app at all.

Useless. Purchased car insurance but can't view anything online or on the app. Repeatedly shows error even after reinstalling. What a waste of time. There's definitely a reason for call centres and actual snail mail.

Can't even access my policy as I get the message unhandled error on server. Tried to uninstall then reinstall but still the same. Waste of time and seems in not the only one who has problems with it. Considering the company operate online only surely they should make sure the app actually works properly.

Rubbish. Can't see my policies - just get an error message and won't upload no claims discount evidence as it just stops. Don't waste your time!

Policy​ details still not showing, MONTHS after notifying QMH of the problem. Obviously not taking the app seriously at all. Sad, as it could be really useful if it functioned properly. Aviva obviously don't even read the many critical comments about their app so I think we are all wasting our time bothering to write them.

Took out a policy today and in an email it said download our free app, which I have, but I can't even log on to it it comes up client protocol exception or something and asked you to either retry or cancel!!! Is there going to be a fix for this!!!!! 1/9/16 although it didn't initially work, the update today has allowed me access to my account!

Download this app when I first room out car insurance and worked fine for a couple of months. Now trying to access my policy documents and it's coming up with all sorts of program nonsense. Of no use to me whatsoever.

The "bug fix" update had totally screwed up this app. You can no longer view policies or renewals! Totally useless, my renewal is due so guess time to switch companies

Get java errors when I try to access my policy. Very basic coding errors, the app seems unable to handle the data of the policy details. Patently rubbish. Should not be available to the public.

Just moved to Quoteme and its great. Easy to use website, App is great and friendly. Hopefully I will bring my other family members here too!

Last update destroyed the app. It doesn't work.
