بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله وكفى، وسلام على عباده الذين اصطفى، هذه نكت مهمة علقتها على كتاب الأذكار لشيخ الإسلام محيى الدين النووي رضي الله الله تعالى عنه عند قراءتي له التقطتها من الأمالي عليه لحافظ العصر أبي الفضل ابن حجر، وضممت إليه أشياء من غيرها تسمة (تسمى الأبرار بنكت الأذكار).
قوله: قال العلماء من المحدثين والفقهاء وغيرهم: يجوز ويستحب العمل في الفضائل والترغيب والترهيب باللضعيف ما لم يكن موضوعا.
ذكر الحافظ ابن حجر لذلك ثلاث شروط: أحدها أن يكون الضعيف غير شديد فيخرج ما انفر د بحديث ه راو من المكذبين، والمتهمين بالكذب ومن فحش غلطه، نقل العلائي الاتفاق عليه.
الثاني: أن يكون مندرجا تحت أصل عام فيخرج ما يخترع بحيث لا يكون له أصلا.
الثالث: أن لا يعتقد عند العمل به ثبوته لئلا ينسب إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ما لم يقله بل يعتقد الاحتياط. قال: وهذان الأخيران ذكرهما الشيخ عز الدين بن عبد السلام وصاحبه ابن دقيق العيد.
قوله: ويكفي في ذلك حديث ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا مررتهم برياض الجنة فارتعوا، قالوا: وما رياض الجنة يا رسول الله؟ قال: حلق الذكر فإن لله تعالى سيارات من الملائكة يطلبون حلق الذكر، فإذا أتوا عليهم حفوا بهم).
قال الحافظ ابن حجر في أماليه على الأذكار: لم أجده في حديث ابن عمر ولا بعضه لا في الكتب المشهورة ولا الأجزاء المنثورة، ولكن وجدته من حديث جابر بمعناه مختصرا. قال أحمد والترمذي وحسنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (إذا مررتم برياض الجنة فارتعوا، قالوا: وما رياض الجنة؟ قال: حلق الذكر).
وأخرج أبو نعيم في الحلية من طريق يوسف القاضي حدثنا محمد بن أبي بكر، ثنا زائدة بن أبي الرقاد ثنا زياد النميري، عن أنس بن مالك قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (إذا مررتم برياض الجنة فارتعوا، قالوا: وأين لنا برياض الجنة في الدنيا؟ قال: إنها في مجالس الذكر).
