AeroGarden Wi-Fi (Phone)

Can't activate with the email code. Over and over it returned and invalid code.

This app sucks not sending code to my email and I have tried that severally just to setup an account

Doesnt work on Pixel 2 XL. Never proceeds past step 2.

Way too much of a PITA to set up a connection for an almost useless feature.

Couldn't get past step 2.The 'next' button doesn't work.

this app doesn't work. Total waste of time. Programming a vcr is easier.

1/03/18: app was. At one point but now will not connect to WiFi. I cannot get the garden to reconnect to WiFi and there is no QR code on the base it's just a barcode and every time I tried to pair manually and scan it says invalid.

Have a Aerogarden Harvest. Setting up wifi was difficult and the app did not stay connected to the Aerogarden and did not automatically count down to remain in sync. Now base is saying add nutrients in 5 days while app is saying 10. Useless.

It's little more than a gimmick. If you're not at home telling you it needs water or nutrients is pointless. When you are home you should be checking on it without an app to remind you.

Completely useless. Absolutely nothing about this app works, if you can even get it connected. Undoubtedly the worst app I've ever downloaded.

I agree with other users. The garden has wifi capabilities, why does it not sync the time with the internet?

Won't send a code to my email

Refused to connect to aerogarden. Account set up took a number of tries as well - it would never send the verification code. When things were working it really didn't add to the experience. Worst of all is this app is a huge battery drain - 46% battery usage on my s7. Simply awful.

It just monitors when you need to add nutrients and water, and turning on and off the lights is tough if you aren't physically there. The audio alerts are on with the bounty, but it the wi-fi says it is off. I cant even put pictures of my plants on the app, but I can definitely shop for more products! I wanna support Aerogrow, but some things have to be fixed and updated. And if a camera feature is addes to actually monitor your plants when you arent there, it would be a wrap!

Should sync time with internet. Often in the day time when I pass in front of it, I see that it is off. This get me anoyed. probably another power glitch and for some reason, it forgets the time. Yes with the phone it is possible to sync, but only if we are aware that there is a need to sync.

Works no problem for me.

Won't even let me set up an account, making the Wi-Fi capability useless.

It says I already have an account and then says my account doesn't exist....circular and frustrating.

Won't connect to wifi...can't be that hard to fix. Developers do your job.

How is it that you charge people extra for a Wi-Fi unit but yet you don't get WiFi????

Freezes when I attempt to connect the device. Please fix.

Convenient app. Would be great if the lights switch was more like a toggle to indicate if the lights are actually on or off.

It is a decent app but I did have the internet problem you guys were talking about I simply unplugged the aerogarden and plugged it up again and it worked.

Pairing through wifi is very buggy. Doable, but buggy. It doesn't tell you when the barcode of the device has been read. When I tapped on the barcode, it told me it was already paired to my email address. I closed the app and reopened it and there it was, paired and ready to go. The app needs some more QA.

The app. doesn't work. Very upsetting indeed. Customer service is just ignoring the feedback. I kinda regret I bought this garden.

You can't slide through the photos you've taken. You have to go back and open them one by one. Unskilled Android developers behind this coding...

I've had my Farm Plus garden set up and going for about 3 weeks and I've been using the app the whole time. The app has worked exactly like the touchscreen on the garden itself. I have a few issues with the way it counts days, but I think that's the product, not the app since the days are wrong on my garden too and have been wrong from the start.

NOV 28 - since update, the Harvest refuses to stay connected to wifi and stay on the schedule I programmed. I'm deleting this, it's useless NOV 9 - update gives me white screen, uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it works again OS 7.1.1 OCT 23 - It was very simple connecting my Harvest Wi•Fi to the app. I like being able to program the lights on/off time; It allows me to take advantage of the cheaper electric rates. So far, so good. If that changes, I'll be back to update Portrait mode would be appreciated.

I tried it, doesn't work. Cannot connect to the wifi. it won't get past step 2. The app says connect to the network that says harvest and then click next in the app. Doesn't do anything. It's a shame bc it seems like it would be convenient. The app may be useless but I will still enjoy my aerogarden. Uninstalling the app.

If I could give it to zero Stars I would. Does not connect to WiFi, there are no useful features on WiFi... Buying the wifi model is actually just a waste of money. Completely unnecessary as it does not work & even if it did, there are no useful features!!!

I have a Samsung Note 8. I am stuck on Step 2 on trying to connect my Harvest wifi to my phone application. I have tried calling customer service and have had no luck. It seems to be a waste of money to have paid for Wi-Fi and not being able to use it. Help would be appreciated.

The application for the Wi-Fi does NOT work. I've tried for days & all different ways for it to connect. Even on the phone for over an hour with customer service. Cannot to Harvest, it.shows up but will not connect. After readings the reviews, I see this is a issue with the development of program. sad, really sad...

It connects to WiFi but drops off within a few hours. I work in IT and was confused about the WiFi setup... it's 2018, WiFi setup should not be like programming a VCR to record your favorite daytime show... don't waste your money on WiFi version. posting same review to amazon.

It's insanely, incredibly slow. Additionally, it only works in landscape mode, and it requires way too many permissions. What do you get for it? You can test your pump on your phone instead of the screen :-|

I set up my account, it tells me it already exists. Then I say I forgot my password, it says account doesn't exist! I spent several hundred dollars on 2 WiFi elite models and I can't use the WiFi feature! Really angry about this Christmas present!
