And you can synchronize your calendar with InTime, where the sound mode is set to Silent / Vibrate at the event.

Select the time in the main screen and use the start button to start the event, you can enable the notification sound and vibrate options,

You can make use of the Shake function to reset the ringmode by shaking the mobile.
